I had quite an ordeal trying to get speakers that actually worked. The first set I ordered didn't work at all which was very disappointing because my group is meeting regularly and we really needed speakers so that we could hear each other. It took so long for me to send those heavy boxes back and receive new speakers. By the time I received the new ones, a few of the group members and I was paying to come and rehearse decided to step away from the group. I finally received the new speakers and they work but they're not super loud like I thought they would be. But I'm going to keep them and make due. Whatever you do, purchase the 4-year extended warranty because this is too big of a purchase to not be covered.

Purchased for use with my home recording studio. So far very pleased with their performance. Packaged well. Nothing promised was omitted. Sound quality better than i expected in this price range.

These monitors are definitely a good pair for the price. Good sounding but the hiss from the tweeters are a little louder than expected but that may be due to my outlets not being grounded properly. This isn’t really a problem when playing something through them at a decent volume level but can get annoying when nothing is being played. Also, upon receiving the bundle I noticed that one of the isolation pads was missing and that the power cables sent to me weren’t for US outlets. I reached out to Austin bazaar through amazon and their own website about getting another pad and new cables but after 2 weeks I have yet to receive a response. I do understand them taking a little longer because of the pandemic but I still think that 2 weeks was ample time.

These Monitors are Amazing!!!! My order was on time according to the Amazon estimate. One of the monitors experienced an issue during shipping, but Austin Bazaar was quick and helpful when it came to replacing it. Overall, home studio to professional studio, these monitors hit the spot and are superior for the price!

Does the job, but the stands didn't come with them.
