I believe my watch is a brand new and original as I have seen it actually. I have also read the manual that a battery is included in all luminox watches. But after setting my watch to my time zone my watch still does not work. I was not inform beforehand by seller that i have to take care of everything when I received the watch. I assumed that when I received a brand new watch it is ready to use withoit any issue. Kindly confirm if my watch ordered is in good order. Many thanks.

Totally unsatisfactory! Bezel did not click at all...just rolled around with no stops. Same with crown. Then to top it off the battery was dead! Don’t waste your time or money on this completely disappointing product. Now I have to waste more time sending it back. Would select zero stars ⭐️ If that was possible. Done with Luminox.

2 watches arrived with dead batteries...the original and its replacement....I was disappointed but where automation failed, people stepped in to fix a failing process. Luminox and Amazon both stepped up...
