Worked great for a little while - it was even recognized as a Dell battery!Then it started "disappearing" - the system would report there was no battery (or just shut off), then a few minutes later it showed 100% charged.Finally I got a message that the battery failed and I needed to replace it. I contacted the seller and they offered to replace it (it's a "send them the battery, they'll ship a new one once they receive it" method - not great for a laptop as I'll have to keep it plugged in all the time and hope it doesn't get unplugged.)I'll come back to update if the new one is better or not.--Nope, not any better.

This non-OEM battery replaces the original in a Dell Inspiron 15-7569, which died after three years of constant use. The new battery came packed well (see the pic). It installed easily and has worked just fine so far: it charges normally and provides expected battery life for a non-gaming laptop under normal use (mileage will vary :-). The battery was MUCH less expensive than getting a replacement part from Dell. If the system were still under warranty, though it is not, I would have paid more for the OEM part so as not to void the warranty. Less than half the price Dell wanted later, and the system is back to normal. Time will tell regarding the new battery's longevity--for now it works perfectly.

Direct replacement for my Dell Inspiron 5570 battery that had failed after two years. If you have the DVD drive make sure to remove that first (along with the two tiny screws you can see once removed). Pay attention to which screws go into which locations as removed. Different lengths and dimensions on reassembly. Carefully pry apart the bottom of the computer. Carefully remove the delicate cable harness and reinstall.I was presently surprised to see the new battery was identical in shape to the old. Once installed the battery was delivered with a 70% charge. It quickly reached 100% and according to the Dell Boot Diagnostics it considered the battery 100% usable.Also interesting is my cooling fan has now stopped running all the time. Perhaps the inability to charge the old battery was creating excessive heat in the unit causing the fan to essentially run non-stop. An added benefit I guess. Good luck.

I needed a replacement battery for my Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Series laptop after the laptop started indicating/warning that the original internal battery had failed.This battery was an exact replacement. The battery replacement was straight forward. I recommend searching YouTube for a quick tutorial on replacing the battery.This new battery is providing good battery life. I'm getting 3-5 hours depending on load and power settings.

I really can't say how battery life is because I just installed it a couple days ago. But I had taken my laptop in to Best Buy and found out they don't sell batteries for laptops. However the tech behind the counter located this one for me, so I ordered based on his recommendation. And, I saved myself $40 by installing it myself. No, it didn't come with a precision screwdriver to open up your laptop, but I had some already so it was really easy. I hope it will last a few years or so. And it was delivered within 24 hours.

Product was delivered on time! watch a video on Youtube, ok two just to make sure I did miss any thing important?while the Laptop was open I increased the memory chip to 16 gb (8/8) , put it back together and fired the olde 286 up and started without a hitch! Can not review the life of the battery just yet, I need some history with the unit? so I will revisit the review section and give revision!Best good luck! pay attention to the short screws the are three one in the back and two in the DVD player?

My Dell laptop battery had gotten to the point where it would last around one hour and then it started to last about 15 or 20 minutes.... I read the reviews on this one and bought it from Amazon and now my Dell is running at LEAST 3.5 hours with this battery!!! The battery got here lighting fast and it was easy to install (about 25 minutes total).I highly recommend this if you are having any battery issues.

It was a good price, but when fully charged, the battery will not last more than 1.5-2 hours. When I took my computer to a computer repair shop to see what would be causing the battery to drain, they stated that it was not good quality and that I should stay strictly with Dell batteries. I have purchased other off-brand batteries for other laptops with no problems. I read good reviews for this battery which prompted me to purchase it. I would not advise anyone to buy it. My plug/charger, computer jack, and this battery had to be replaced to a tune of $285 because the battery ruined the other two components.

Turned up on time & fitted perfectly yo my Dell laptop. A small No1 Pozidrive screwdriver will be needed. Just remember to be careful removing the battery cable from the existing battery - you'll need it. Wasn't reported as an alien battery - it's serial number was reported & the make seen a a Samsung unless these details were kept from the original one. Charged OK but only had it for a day.

This battery only gives me 3 hours on a full charge which is extremely poor. The original Dell battery gave me approx 7 hours. If I'd known how poor it was going to be I wouldn't have bought it.

After my Dell battery died on me, I was looking for a quick and cheap fix, so I bought this battery as the cheapest one from Amazon. When I received the battery, I swapped it in, and charged it thoroughly but the charge would never go beyond 50%. I checked online and recalibrated my battery via the BIOS to reflect 100% charge and carried out multiple discharge tests. Even at 100% the battery would last for a maximum of 1 hour. This was a very dismal performance. After this I ordered a real Dell replacement for 80 EUR and that gives me 3 hour battery backup and is worth the money.PS (Edit): The seller reached out to me regarding my experience and offered to send a replacement, although I could not take them up on their offer as my job required me to have a fully functioning laptop ASAP, I do appreciate their efforts to correct instances with their customers, as such I have changed the rating from 1-star to 3-star to account for the seller's initiative and hospitality.

Ho scelto questa batteria perchè costa meno della metà di una originale Dell e dovendola mettere su un pc che ha già qualche anno ho preferito risparmiare. L'ho sostituita in autonomia dopo aver guardato su Youtube qualche tutorial e devo dire che è una cosa assolutamente fattibile, basta avere il giusto cacciavite. Appena montata, il pc la riconosce come originale Dell e in condizione eccellente.

La batterie de mon DELL Inspiron 13 7368 2-in-1 est arrivé à la fin de vie après 4 ans. J’ai acheté cette batterie car il est bien moins cher que la batterie de replacement DELL (76 USD). Il marche très bien. J’ai l’installé en suivant un tutorial sur youtube sans difficulté. L’ordinateur a reconnu la batterie sans difficulté. Il marche très bien depuis plusieurs mois. 4 à 5 heures d'autonomie.
