CX-921 Rockchip RK3188 Quad Core Cortex A9 1.6 GHz Android 4.2.2 OS Mini TV BOX 2G/8G AV Output Built in MIC Black

Just recieved this Android TV Box today, and have been playing around with it for about 5 hours now. I still havent worked out how to use the remote- every time i go to type letters in it comes up with numbers and i cant seem to change it from numbers to letters no matter what i press! Usually on a phone you press it 4 times for the numbers to come up, or there is a button to change it from numbers to letters- but the button that looks like it would change it just takes you straight to the internet..The remote is also sooooooo slow!!! It inches its way around the sreen and you have to keep pressing the button in the direction you want it to go. I think i am going to have to now go out and buy a wireless mouse and keyboard, which kind of depletes the whole purpose of having a small smart Tv box rather than just plugging my laptop into the computer.I also cant seem to get onto some of the sites that i am on my computer like netflix. So i guess i will have to plug in my computer anyway!.. Regretting buying this so far!
