Hello. At his point, I’m still not convinced this is the product for me. I want to lose 6-8 lbs. I’m not “over weight at all, but just wanted to lean up. I do feel the product amp me up a bit though. I want to continue to use it for a while to see if it really helps or I just have to REALLY lean out my diet more. I’m thinking it just takes a bit of time . It’s been about 3 weeks.

I started this Wed night and today I took one pill before breakfast and drank 4 cups of coffee...needless to say, I feel like my heart is going to blow out of my chest. I feel AWFUL. Like my head is going to crack. Must cut back on the coffee I suppose. Did lose a pound since Wed though, so it's a start anyway! They really make me feel awful....my head hurts all the time and now I'm always sleepy.***Update...still no results and it's been over 2 months now.***

I began fasting for 12-18 hours and stopped eating after my 6 pm dinner. I consume my calories in 8 hours or less daily. I started taking Forskolin 1 capsule twice daily at same time as I initiated my new eating regiment. After approx 3 weeks, I noticed that I had lost belly fat. This is very pleasing since belly fat is a health risk. I am giving the Forskolin the credit. I have fasted & dieted in the past. I have never experienced such obvious reduction in my belly fat. I plan on continuing the Forskolin. I chose Research Verified because it is cGMP verified. I am assured that what is listed in the ingredients is exactly what is contained in the capsules. It is also made in the USA. I feel that the higher cost is warranted .There are no fillers or artificial ingredients.

I have been using it for 2 months and have lost 10 pounds but I'm not sure is the capsules or the fact that I've been calorie counting and have not gone over my daily calorie intake. I still feel hungry at times specially at bed time. Perhaps the capsules help as a reminder to not eat more than you should. Not sure if I will continue buying it since it is a little pricey. Also most of the 5 star reviews sound scripted and fake...

Tried a CLA product before this for six months, it did not do a thing. This is only my second bottle, but I think it is helping. Seem to be fuller faster and not feeling the urge to snack before bedtime. No negative effects. Do find it tricky on some days to be sure to take it 30 minutes before a meal. Mostly when we eat out. Want to continue use if I can afford it. A bit pricey for my budget.

For first 2 weeks seem to be doing nothing but come to 3rd week I can see the scale is moving down. I would like to continuous to try another bottle or 2
