Although the product description on Amazon states "Parboiled Rice", the actual packaging does not. By labeling standards, this would be false and misleading. I bought a package only to discover this and will now be returning the product.

The rice was not parboiled but fragrant . I used this for an authentic Indian entree at work. Did not come with any cooking instructions

The best rice I have ever used
The best rice I have ever used. The low-glycemic rating makes it a winner and it cooks up beautifully. Although it is expensive, I think it is worth every penny. The grains cook up fluffy and they do not clump together. Perfect rice!
