Q: Will the vacuum work with marinades or does it suck them out?

Is it for tenderizing? Sous vide itself tenderizes meat very well. Is it for flavor? Then marinate first and remove it before you put it in a bag. There are also issues of timing. Marinade times and sous vide times seldom line up. You should read up on this before you think about using a marinade in the sous vide bag. I don't do it and don't think it is necessary.

Q: Hey! I wanted to know if the Anova nano is 220V for international power. I dont see any refrence in the spec.

The Nano included is 110V. You can purchase 220V from international Amazon.

Q: Can this be used to cook noodles?

It is possible with the right recipe but not practical as you boil noodles and Sous vide is not designed for that

Q: If i get the "nano + vacuum sealer" combo option, does it come with the vacuum sealing bags? if not, where do i buy them?

It does not come with any bags, but you don't need them. Just buy zip-lock bags and use the water dispersion method. Put your seasoned food in the bag, get as much air out as you can, and seal the bag to about 1 inch. Then, immerse the bag in water up to the point where the seal is still open. The water will force out 99% of the air, and just complete the seal. Much better than spending $100+ on a vacuum sealer plus bags.
