I ordered a birthday sign for my daughter’s cake, it didn’t come with a stick or anything to hold it in the cake with. Very disappointed

I thought it would be professionally done, cardboard and easy to put onto the cake. It came with 2 ( what I can describe as tooth picks!!) with 2 bits of sticky tape, which then attached itself to the actual sign. So it ripped the sign, didn’t sit right in the cake and very flimsy!!! Do not buy, should’ve asked for refund but it was during lockdown and I was key worker so never got around to it. ☹️

Ordered two of the cake toppers (different names and ages on each one). Toppers to be used on two different cakes, on two different occasions.Happy with the products, my criticism is that I was only provided 2 supports, and 2 glue dots. (When I’m guessing as I ordered two of the toppers, I should have received 4 supports and 4 glue dots).Fine for the cake I’ve already done, but for the other topper, I will have to fashion the supports out of bamboo skewers and sellotape!Please remember to send out the correct number of supports in future.

This was absolutely beautiful, more than I expected! The glitter was just right and none of it came off!! I would highly recommended and will definitely buy more in the future.

Nice design and colour (although seemingly home made) and quick delivery but flimsy card and not secured properly when posted out to me. Backing card was smaller than the text resulting in minor damage to the ‘h’ in 16th as it moved within the card backed envelope whilst in the post. Too late and minor to post back (maybe). Came with two small 1cm diameter gel dots and wooden stick so you construct the cake topper yourself. Luckily I ordered a more expensive £7.99, personalised cake topper (not as nice a colour or design though) at the same time off heebay - you know the one - which was better made and sent out in better secured packaging including a card backing the full text and cake topper prong. I didn’t use this card cake topper - only the plastic one. So the lesson is: you pay for what you get. The first pictures show the card cake topper bought here off Amazon and the last picture, the plastic cake topper bought off heebay.

It was very flimsy, the cocktail stick with glue dot way of making it be able to press in to cake did not look very nice (only on one side). The worst bit of all is it caught fire lighting the candles on the birthday cake (not once, but three times so must be very flammable).

A good idea but badly executed.This cutout is very fragile and flimsy. It comes with a short wooden stake and a couple of gummy dots to allow attachment to the cutout. The gummy dots are not up to the job and the stake needs to be positioned carefully so you don’t see it when it is on the cake.The cutout needs to be a little thicker and an indication given on the back as to the best position to attach the stake instead of leaving it up to customers to trial various positions.There gummy dots should be replaced with something that follows the shape of the stake to ease attachment.I award three ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been using this company for 3-4 years now for all family cakes.. these are just a few of my orders I could grab from my camera rollI have never had an issue they are always made to a great standard and sturdy! They are the perfect touch to every cake and you can personalise them to make them even more special.I have never had an issue on arrival either actually they always arrive before the estimate date which is just perfect to take some worry away.I recommend these to everyone!
