I found a cute puzzle online to frame for our rental cabin. The puzzle was an odd size, so the hunt for a frame was a little more involved than usual. The frame I eventually chose on Amazon, based on reviews, was this one. It was considerably more expensive than I'd wanted to spend for a puzzle frame, but it fit the puzzle perfectly and was easy to affix to the wall (it comes with hardware for hanging, but I added wall strips).Fast forward a few months when I happened upon the same cute puzzle and an equally cute companion puzzle (same uncommon size) at Walmart! I bought them both for whenever I had time to do/frame them for our own house. When the economy's wonkiness escalated, I decided I'd better go ahead and order two more frames from Amazon. Although it pained me to spend so much on a puzzle frame, I reminded myself how easy it was to frame the 'cabin' puzzle.SO... I ordered two frames. They arrived quickly, but I didn't check them for 2-3 weeks. At that time, I opened the shipping box, then opened each frame box. The frames looked fine, so I set them aside.In a wild-hair moment, I decided to ignore everything else on my to-do list and assemble the first puzzle. When it was ready to frame, I opened the first frame box, removed the corner protective pieces (which I hadn't thought to do the first time) and was disappointed to see that one corner of the plexiglass was messed up. It wouldn't be hidden by the frame, so I checked the return window for Amazon, even more disappointed to see that I had missed it by 2-3 weeks.Meanwhile, I used the second frame, which was fine.The frames come with a 'satisfaction' card from Picture Frame Factory Outlet, so I contacted them about a possible plexiglass replacement. In record speed, I received an email from Charlene in Customer Service, assuring me they could do that, even though my window had expired through Amazon. Within three days, the replacement plexiglass arrived. There was no charge.I am most satisfied with the hassle-free experience with PFFO and would definitely do business with them again!

I had to have them ship a replacement as a the first one was damaged upon arrival. I now highly recommend this picture frame and because they added extra packing the second time and it arrived in perfect condition, I also highly recommend this seller!

The puzzle fit perfectly in the frame and I like that is not to heavy. The first one I ordered was broken in the up corner, I think the cardboard corner protecting them actually broke it. The reorder had bubble wrapped corners and was in great shape at delivery
