I bought this light because I needed something small and inexpensive for vlogging while traveling. So far it has been a great light. It is bright yet provides soft light which is great for my mom wrinkles 😂. I use this light on my GoPro and it works out perfectly. This is my new GoPro rig! I also use it with my Canon M50 camera vlogging rig. The light mounts on top of my Canon M50 and 80D as well. I created a video of me in a dark room only using the light and my face as a source for reference as to how well the light works. I give it an A+++. I also took pictures of the box the light came in also in a dark room. It definitely lightens everything up as it should. I would like to have several of these as fill lights around the room while vlogging or making videos that’s how great they are. I also love that they are bicolor so you can match the lighting to whatever other lighting you have instead of being stuck with only cool or only warm Light. Overall it’s a fantastic light that any vlogger should have. It’s small, versatile, powerful, lasts for hours, Charges quickly, easy to use, Can be mounted on different cameras or gear. You can customize the different settings which is super helpful. Oh and this light is so easy to use! It is definitely worth getting if you want a small but powerful light for vlogging or photography!

Bright! This light is super bright, great for videoing but will blind your subject. As long as you have the appropriate lighting it’s a good inexpensive option. Super bright for the price. The hotshoe mount is a little weak. Portable, easy to adjust the lighting and also has its own hotshoe mount which is great to add on to.

This is an excellent little LED light. It's so versatile because it's small, it has a cold shoe connection, it has variable color range and brightness. It does a great job. It adds adds enough light to your subject without adding unnecessary glare. I've only used it for about 1 hour at a time and the battery was still strong. The materials seems sturdy. It doesn't come with a storage bag, so for travel you may want to wrap it up in something. There's really nothing to assemble, it works right out of the box and is very easy to use. This would make an excellent gift for anyone who likes to take pictures or videos. This is a great value.

I bought this for my birthday trip and it did not disappoint!!! So easy to set up , the battery lasted and it was very easy to connect!! The lighting was bright !!

As described. Fits the hot or old shoe nicely. Color temperature can be adjusted as needed. Charges via USB and offers a little extra light when required.

Really happy with this light. It covers both white and warm tones and gets decently bright. Easy to control the brightness and color temp on the fly, no fuss. Softbox mounts easily too. Battery life has been solid so far, no issues to report. Good pick if you need a reliable, portable light for shooting video.

The ULANZI VL-81 is basically a tiny, rechargeable sun you can toss in your camera bag. I grabbed this light to improve my on-the-go video and product shoots, and it hasn’t disappointed once. First off, it’s shockingly bright for something the size of a deck of cards. You can dial in the bi-color temperature from warm to cool, which saves a ton of hassle matching other light sources on set. The diffusion panel softens things nicely so you don’t nuke your subject with harsh LED glare. Battery life? For a built-in 3000mAh cell, it’s a champ. I get a couple hours on medium brightness, which is more than enough for short shoots or interviews. From the perspective of it being a camera mounted light, it works exactly as expected. It's very bright at the max setting and the temperature adjustment is a nice feature. It sits securely in the camera mount, no issues at all with shake or stability. My only gripe is related to my intended use, macro photography. Given the placement of the light relative to the lens, it projects well ahead of close objects, making it virtually useless to me as a camera-mounted macro photography light. If it had some sort of "tilt adjustment" feature allowing it to point downward, it would be perfect for my purposes. I will have to find a way to position it beside the object being photographed instead. I cannot deduct any stars for that because it's my issue, not a problem with the light itself. It's still relatively new but if it continues to function as is, I would highly recommend picking one up.

Good brightness that can be adjusted to suit the conditions, have yet to take photos with it at this time.

The delivery was very fast. The light is pretty bright. light weight and well-built. This is the second one I bought because I want to attach the two together to make it even brighter. Good product!
