This is a gorgeous piece. I bought it online because I have a habit of buying dolls whenever I go to a new place, and unfortunately this was out of stock at Disney World when I visited! I'm kind of glad that I waited until afterwards to pick this up on Amazon because I'm blown away by the quality.A few things:- This whole line of figures is gorgeous, but I think Jasmine's pose and subtle smile and rich skin tone adds to how gorgeous this particular piece is.- Really, that smile. It's perfect. Her expression is my favorite part of this piece.- The paint job is phenomenal. This is a lovely classic little piece that is well worth the price. Jasmine is my favorite princess and this really does do her justice.- The sculpt/carving job is also lovely. It's just like a wood carving, just the slightest bit intentionally imperfect. It makes it quaint and charming.- I love the base: it's fitting for Jasmine, and it adds a bit of decoration when Jasmine alone might have been a bit plain. That said, it doesn't take away from the classic beauty of the piece.- It is smaller than I thought it would be, but that's my own fault. Take an extra moment to check the dimensions of this piece just in case!!You can't go wrong with the Jim Shore line of Disney figures, and this Jasmine figure is no exception. Overall, a lovely piece that belongs in every Disney lover's collection. Recommended.

I have just started collecting Jim Shore Disney figurines and when I saw that Princess Tiana was available, I immediately jumped on the opportunity! Was a little worried, however there was no need! It was well packaged and no damages! Absolutely love it!

Ok it’s no doubt Jim Shore is a gifted carpenter. I was not looking for perfection on his piece at all because when you hand make something by hand it’s not always 100% perfect. He is an amazing artist and the work he does is more than what you could expect. He’s very detailed and just knows what he’s doing. One thing I wanted to point out is that on the bottom of this piece it gives all the info on the item. It says it was hand made in China I have no clue what that means, but I’m guessing it was done by him?? Not sure all I know is that it was hand carved all the way and looks hand made. But I could be wrong. I love this piece a lot and it has some imperfections on it that makes it even more special. They are imperfections that have to look closely at but like I said it makes this piece more incredible. Thanks.

This is such a beautiful and well crafted piece!I was on the fence for so long about getting it but I'm so glad that I did. It's well worth the money. It now sits on my desk as a display piece and it makes me happy every time I see it!

She arrived fast and just what I wanted! So Cute!!

Despite being a hand painted item, this is a mass produced product at a very affordable price. I wouldn’t expect a great paint job on fine details, but would be nice to have the face outlined like the one in the product pics lol. Then again, it’s an affordable hand made item, I can’t expect them paying much on the labor work (I bet most of the money goes to Disney and enesco anyway.) To be fair, the paint job is good enough for it to look decent, and I do like the imperfections which add some human touch of hand made decorations. It’s could be just me who gets bugged by a few messy edges and finds the face looking incomplete without some outlines.I’m overall very happy as it comes well packaged and nicely sculpted on decent material. I don’t mind touching it up a bit all that much.
