AVIDDA Posture Corrector for Men Women, Back Brace with Replaceable Support Plate, Breathable and Adjustable Back Support Providing Pain Relief from Back, Neck & Shoulder Size: M

On first fitting the Support felt comfortable and promisingly supportive when worn for approx. 40 minutes. On second fitting I could not fit it without help because the tag that held the shoulder loops to the top of the back brace had become unstitched and the back brace just flopped down. I can not just wear it when there is some body available to assist. Since the Support was new I was very careful, when putting it on, not to overstretch it so I can not believe that this has not happened to other purchasers and that this 'weakness' was not apparent to the manufacturers. After contacting Customer Service, and receiving a replacement almost by return, I have found the support to be really effective - far more so than any other I have tried. It is very well made and surprisingly comfortable to wear. It is comfortable and adjustable and exerts sufficient 'pull' to remind me to straighten my shoulders. If the instructions are followed and common sense exercised, most people should find this really helpful. As far as Customer Service is concerned, I can not praise them highly enough. They replied to my e.mails promptly, were sympathetic and fulfilled all they promised. To be honest, I have rarely received such good service.

Had to edit this review as i'd initially given it just 2 stars due to the fact that even measuring myself 'loosely' several times I should have definitely been a size M according to their size chart... Indeed it turned out I was not.The item was far too small and I had real trouble when putting it on, basically it would probably have done more harm than good if i'd continued with it. A leaflet came with it promising to "Solve all problems immediately, no questions asked".... This turned out to mean being told by them to speak to Amazon 🙄. I could have done this without waiting for your email so thanks for that.However... A couple of days later I was then contacted again by someone else from customer services who couldn't have been nicer and managed to sort my problem out there and then. This was much appreciated.So I now have the L size... Even though technically I should be the M size... and i have to say it fits a lot better, feels more comfortable and actually feels like it's supporting my back so I've raised it to 4 stars. Item is better made than the other, cheaper, posture correctors I've tried in the past so it turns out you get what you pay for.Comes with a metal plate (to be used when sitting, reading etc) and a more flexible plastic plate (to be used when walking, running etc), I'll point out that it's only supposed to be worn for a maximum of 3 hours at a time plus it's not suitable or recommended to be worn while sleeping.So all in all a good product, and certainly more cost effective than buying several of the cheaper ones like I did.I would still however be wary of the sizing chart, if you're at the higher end of a size even when loosely measured like I did, I would certainly go for the larger size but that's just my experience.

Nice product, but it’s a bit short

Really found this both useful and effective for me. I sit at a desk for long periods and have noticed when looking at a nearby mirror, I can tend to slouch my shoulders. I received the brace yesterday and tried it whilst working. It definitely helped my posture and shoulders in particular when sitting at my desk. It also helped to almost act as reminder to sit more correctly.It is comfortable and very supportive. Additionally appears very well made with not only a velcro waist strap, but also two additional waist straps to further adjust and tighten.I also used when walking yesterday afternoon and it was ideal.I can see myself using the brace regularly.Personally I think the sizing guide described is true to size. I was going to order a medium based on the guide. However, I opted to go up a size to large based on some of the reviews which suggested you should go up a size. But it was slightly too large so I changed to a medium which fits perfectly. So on sizing I feel the size guide is described true to size.

I suffer from really bad back pain - lower, mid & upper back. I have been hesitant to buy one of these due to me wasting money on a different brand in the past - however due to increased pain recently and all the amazing reviews on this one I bit the bullet and ordered it.I've only had it for a few hours and already I can tell this is going to be absolutely priceless. I got immediate relief as soon as i put it on. I find the steel support perfect. I got a large (although the measurements chart showed I was a medium i followed other reviews and decided to go for the large and its perfect fit - so i would definitely recommend sizing up a little rather than down with this product - i'm 32")It's comfortable, supportive, amazing value for money as the quality is great! I definitely recommend if you suffer any kind of back pain. I only wish i'd bought it sooner!

I had a car drive into the side of my car at 40mph+ Whilst I was driving and drivers side and it’s left me with awful neck, upper shoulder and back pain and stiffness. I’ve had several months treatment of physio and see my G.P plus taken painkillers and followed all the activities and excercises so this is my next hope. Working from home I notice I slump at my desk over a tiny laptop at times and this noticeably pulls back my shoulders and straightens my backs and spine. I will wear for an hour or so to start and build up. I will certainly not rely on this as my posture is strong and very upright when standing but I will use when working at my desk and possibly at work.I hope this will give me the muscle memory I need to improve pain and finally recover from this awful RTI.It seems comfy and easy to tighten once fastened by pulling the cords and attaching the Velcro tighter.

I actually bought this for my mum, but she found it too uncomfortable to wear, Ive tried it myself as it looks great, but unfortunately I also found it uncomfortable to wear. Maybe its just me.....

Je l’ai acheté pour ma fille de 12 ans qui se plaignait de douleurs dorsales. Super, elle n’hésite pas à le mettre le matin. Le produit est ajustable au niveau de la taille et sur le cintrage aussi ce qui permet de bien positionner le correcteur. Je recommande
