Perfect pan for the kitchen!
Had one of these a few years ago that accidently got ruined by putting it in the dishwasher and by someone who boiled water until it totally evaporated in it. This one is perfect. Food doesn't stick, cooks evenly, and it makes perfect steaks when you sear in the pan and then put into the oven to finish. I love it!

Good design - well made.
My initial impression is very favorable. This pan heats evenly and the non-stick coating performs as advertised. I especially like the lid design with it's adjustable vent. The pan and lid are made with close tolerances for a perfect fit.

Excellent, if you take good care of it
Don't use metal utensils, and don't put it in the dishwasher -- if you do these two things, your pan will remain like new for a very long time. The thick metal heats up rather slowly but holds very even heat. I find that once the pan has heated up, I can brown meat on medium heat. I like to nest my frying pans so I put a paper towel in between to keep this one from getting marred.

Fantastic so far!
My food cooks more evenly than ever and EVERYTHING just wipes right off the cooking surface! I've only had it a couple weeks, so I don't know yet about durability. SEEMS like it'll last!
