Great Pickleballs!
I bought these balls for drilling and practice since they are much cheaper than all other balls (only $1.08 at the time I bought them). I was tired of hitting a few balls and then having to go get them. They come in a mesh bag which seems less wasteful that plastic blister packaging or plastic boxes, it's also useful for carrying the balls. The balls have a very pronounced seam where the two halves are joined together. All 12 of mine were smooth at the seam so as long as they don't crack along the seam I don't see any issue with it.As far as I can tell the bounce is almost identical to a Franklin X-40 which isn't surprising since they both meet the USAPA requirements for tournament play. The biggest drawback to these are that they are almost universally hated automatically everywhere I go without even being played with. Seriously, no one even wants to try them, it's ridiculous. This doesn't matter much to me since I bought them as practice balls but it does seem a bit silly in my opinion.

Great replacement Pickleballs
The TOURNA Strike Outdoor Pickleballs (12 Pack) have been a game-changer for our pickleball matches. After losing a few balls, we decided to give these a try, and they exceeded our expectations. The optic yellow color makes them highly visible on the court, and the overall quality is impressive. These balls are USAPA approved, and their performance reflects that. They provide a consistent bounce and responsiveness, making for a more enjoyable and competitive game. The 12-pack ensures that we have plenty of spares on hand, so we can keep the game going without interruption. If you're in need of reliable and USAPA-approved pickleballs, the TOURNA Strike Outdoor Pickleballs are an excellent choice. They worked seamlessly to replace our lost balls, and their performance has made them a staple in our pickleball matches. Highly recommended!

Not sure what the drama is all about....except perhaps for Amazon's lack of concern
I purchased these balls several months ago, as well as a half dozen Franklin Xs and the 9-pack of TICCI Outdoor balls. While the complaint about the seam if valid, I can honestly say it is immaterial. While it is visible and each to detect by touch, I have seen no evidence of a bad bounce on the court surface, off the face of the paddle or against a practice wall. I have tried to create a mis-bounce and have not been able to. Thus, they are perfect for practice, much like using old balls for most sports practice (imperfect but sufficient), or range balls for practicing a golf swing. What is MORE upsetting is that apparently, more than one user states they confirmed the balls are NOT USAPA approved. And yet, Amazon continues to allow the vendor to make that claim. The lack of quality control on Amazon's part is becoming epically egregious with regard to sizes, measurements and is only tolerable because of their liberal return policy. But something as simple as denying vendors to make blatantly false claims? Should be a no-brainer for any reputtable company and I find that most disappointing.

If you don't mind the 'seam', it's OK for leisurely play.
Good for beginner/leisurely play but I personally would not use these for serious or tournament play but for machine/service/return drills, it meets its purpose. They are inexpensive, has a definite seam and therefore bounces different at the seam than in other areas of the ball.Update: I tried using them recreationally with a friend (who frequently plays in tournaments) and he immediately complained the bounce was different. I thought the bounce was different myself but once I started returning the ball harder it was quite evident. I was a bit embarrassed but luckily had brought other balls with me.

Great set for an enthusiastic beginner
Brand new to pickleball and had no idea what to buy. This set has just what a beginner needs to feel confident to start and be well-equipped, but not worry about accidentally breaking expensive equipment. Still a beginner but confident in holding my own with a partner or singles.

Some Of The Worst Pickleballs Ever!
Saw these on sale at amazon, and decided to try them out. We are a group of intermediate (3.0 - 4.0) players, playing on concrete outdoor courts. These balls are awful. There are three problems. 1) They aren't round, and they get less round as you use them. 2) They aren't durable. 3) They don't bounce in a way that is typical for pickleballs. Here's the feedback on them being out of round. The balls we got are two pieces, glued together. They are a "seamed" ball, meaning the ball is made by welding or gluing two halves together. Whatever machinery they use, the balls aren't really round. The two halves are slightly off kilter or off center from each other. this puts a weird seam on them, where one have of the ball is offset to the other. The balls immediately from the package play out of round in flight, and as they get used, this odd flight pattern gets worse. It didn't take days to make them start flying really strange, rather minutes. Within just a game or two. Here's the feedback on their durability. Our group isn't the hardest hitting group - we aren't 5.0 pros. We're recreational players, so I'm expecting not to break balls, or cause them to deform. Our experience with the first couple balls is that if you hit with any power at all, the ball turns inside out on itself. They literally dent so deeply, you have to use a screwdriver or stick to pry the ball back into a round shape. But after that, the ball is useless, because it doesn't really work right, and one of them just broke apart when we tried to pry it back open. Here's the feedback on how they play. They bounce oddly. Some bounces are straight, some fly off at an angle. The height of the bounce is also inconsistent - we're not sure why, but we think if the ball lands on the "seam", it bounces much different than if it bounces on a hemisphere away from the seam.Switching back to our TOPs & Duras (depending which is on sale).

Great Value
Lots of balls to practice with on the outdoor tennis court. They play and react like normal balls. Very happy with my purchase. All balls were constructed well.
