Fun game, the parts are a bit wonky
The game itself is very fun and interesting. I love trick-taking games, and I love Hanabi, so it's a good combination. After playing 3 times now I'm starting to see that there are higher levels to the strategy when you can see other players' cards, and I'm looking forward to playing more.I'm especially impressed by the way the backs of the cards are designed so that you can use the visibility of the peacock feathers to tell if your cards are splayed properly.The only suboptimal thing is that the card holders, while beautiful, are not really easy to use. The cards get in there a little too tight, so when you reach across the playing area to play your neighbor's cards it can be awkward and annoying to pull them out. I suspect that in the future I will pull out the card holders I use for Hanabi instead, since those don't hold the cards quite so tight.
