So far seems to be working. Okay taste. Don't stick together like other gummy vitamins I've taken.

I have no idea if it helps with hair loss. I could barely choke down the first dose, it has a very unpleasant flavor. Within 20 minutes I started to feel nauseous, and ended up sick for the next several hours until I finally vomited a few times. Would not recommend this product.

I have a seen a great decrease in my hair shedding. These taste good, not the best, but could be way worse. They are almost exactly months worth, which isn't bad for the money. So far I'm sticking with these for my perimenopause hair loss!

These taste awful! You get hit with several different waves of terrible flavor, each one worst than the last. It tasted like a root, then dirt, then spoiled milk. And just when you think the worst is behind you, the after taste sets in and it’s a combination of all the previous flavors. Because these are gummies, pieces get stuck to your teeth making you relive this nightmare. Never again.
