The absolute BEST product I’ve purchased in 2025. It’s the only subscription I have and it’s worth every dime. They have helped regulate my sleep and I love and feel the anti-inflammatory benefits of the tart cherries. And a heads up, it’s easy to drink but not sugary or delicious tasting, but it absolutely works as part of my sleep routine.

The product was shipped and arrived in a timely manner, and was as advertised.

The taste is good but the shelf life is not. I received a 24 pack with a 5 month expire date. Although I did drink it past the best by date not knowing. =\

It really works. My sleep is less interrupted. You can play with the amount of you take by itself or in combination with other sleep supplements you already take to get the outcome you want. The older you get the more difficult it gets to get a good nights sleep. This helps. My ring stats prove it. Much better sleep.

That for me it did not work to sleep!! It in't for somebody else. I tasted good and I'm sure it's good for you for sleep it wasn't worth the money because it didn't work

After over a decade and half of working night shift. I’ve always struggled with sleep. And although I take a prescription sleep pill, I take a 3-5 day break from that; to help my body not get too accustomed to the prescription. Drinking 1 of these at night, with a shot of grape juice, does relax me a little (along with powdered Magnesium) and I do sleep better. The taste isn’t the best, but it’s not horrible. The little grape juice in a shot glass helps get past any taste issues. I’d recommend someone that struggles with sleep to try a pack and see if it works for you.

I have been using this. I will say I don’t sleep much longer but I do sleep better Much deeper sleep.

The product is great, but they don't provide information about ingredients. No where on the product or website does the company list how much L-Theanine and Valerian Root are in each bottle. I reached out to the company and they refused to share these details as it's part of a proprietary formula. As someone who uses L-Theanine and Valerian already it makes it hard/impossible to know if you are exceeding your daily limit if you also use this product. Makes me think there is either very little or allot of L-Theanine and Valerian and they don't want to share this info because it will make them look bad. At this point It would be easier and safer to purchase Tart Cherry Juice and add in your own L-Theanine and Valerian Root at the dosing your require. If they were more transparent with their ingredients and their dosing it would be a five star product.
