Medical Labs Fishbone Stamp by Wellnote

Perfect for what it is. The stamping action takes a couple of tries to get used to. Way better to use this on a rounding list than to use the whole note book.

I use the stamper for my shift hand off reports sheets as a nurse. The stamper is well worth the price! It stamps clearly, is not bulky in my pocket and is just large enough to write in values, yet small enough to use several times on the same report sheet for monitoring trends.

I'm a pharmacist and I use this to help work up my patients a little more quickly. I do like this product but I wish I could customize it more to my need since I do not need all of these. I also wish I had a little more room between since I tend to write a little bigger

It’s a great stamp. I do kinda wish there were more options. I would prefer just the chem and heme ones. But over all it work. I hope they expand on the line.

Got way more mileage out of this thing than I was expecting. I am a medical resident and expected to be made fun of pretty brutally, but 100% worth it in my opinion
