SweetLeaf Stevia Drops Liquid Sweetener, Hazelnut - 2 Fl Oz, Pack of 1

Best little coffee sweetener I have ever tried! Only 10 drops (be sure to mix it in!) and it adds just the perfect light flavor! After using commercial flavored creamers generously for years..& not being able to lose weight, I realized I was drinking 1000+ calories a day, 100s of carbs, and the fat content. Duh. Lost 2# in 2 weeks. Little bottle great for travel, too.

It's taken me a couple of years to develop a taste for Stevia. Just started using these drops a couple of months ago - I use them every day - and love them. I haven't had sugar and haven't craved it. These help so much! Love all the flavors I've tried so far. Makes me feel good that I can satisfy my sweet tooth with a natural substance....getting the benefits from it of no spikes in blood sugar and weight loss that comes from no sugar consumption. These have REALLY helped. I will say, though, that the taste of the Hazelnut does not really shine through on this particular one. It's still good, but I wish the flavoring was stronger. Will still use, though.

I bought three of the Sweetleaf sweet drops flavors in the glass dropper bottles, based on reviews, and close comparison of ingredient lists on similar products. These are made with organic stevia, contain no glycerin, no maltodextrin, or other disguised sugars, and do not have the bitter aftertaste common to such sweetening products. Reviewers said these did not raise their blood sugars, even though ones of the same brand with different packaging and ingredients, commonly found in retail food stores did. I tried them in an effort to have something to easily change out ingredients which had slowly been making my morning coffee a calorie-laden dessert drink. Success! These are delicious, my coffee has become much more reasonable, and these truly do not affect my blood sugar, as other zero calorie sweeteners have in the past. I intent to try other flavors in this line, and have recommended them to friends and family interested in making healthier choices. I hope SWEET LEAF keeps making this line of products.

I'm drinking a coffee with this in it as I type. I was hooked on that other artificial stuff with the international name- you know the one I mean? Yeah well have you ever read the ingredients in it? I have and it made me go cold turkey. I'm still in love with that taste tho' and have been on a mission to replace it. I've tried almost everything at this point. This satisfies my taste buds but still doesn't have that international taste, maybe if I put some caramel in it also? Hmm will have to try that next time. I use about a half a dropper to a very large cup of coffee and while you can taste something I wouldn't label it Hazelnut right off the bat. It sweetens my coffee enough and doesn't taste bitter. The ingredients say purified water, stevia extract, natural flavors, hazelnut extract. I think they need to add more hazelnut to it personally. It doesn't really smell like hazelnuts more like almonds to me, like the marzipan smell? So like their powdered version Sweetleaf stevia, which I have also done a review for, it contains zero everything including carbs. I try not to eat sugar in any form except for how it grows - it is very hard at times when you start reading labels so I am happy to find anything that doesn't have a form of sugar or corn added to it and this is one of those products.

I purchased this through Amazon on Oct 3, 2023. It's disappointing when you have high expectations for a product only to be severely disappointed in it. I've been a fan of Sweetleaf regular drops (and powder) for years. My go-to morning coffee is a black, light roast Kenya with 5-6 drops of Sweetleaf regular liquid sweetener and 2 T of Coffee-Mate Sugar-Free Hazelnut creamer. But recently, I decided to move away from artificial ingredients and the Coffee-Mate has Sucralose in it. So imagine my pleasant surprise when a search revealed Sweetleaf had a hazelnut liquid sweetener! Based on my satisfaction with the regular drops, I had high hopes! As they say, "reality never lives up to the fantasy". So true in this case. I received my package in adequate time and it was packed thoroughly. No issues there. But this particular formulation doesn't live up to its big, and more popular, sister. In fact, this is downright disappointing. My biggest issues were lack of flavor and the sweeteness level. For cream, switched to regular, unflavored half-n-half, thinking the SL HZ will replace the hazelnut and sweeten the coffee. That was not the case. As you can see from the advertisement, and nutrition label, Sweetleaf claims that 1 serving = 5 drops which equate to 1 teaspoon of sugar. Well, did a taste test and 5 drops came nowhere near 1t of sugar. One teaspoon of sugar is sufficient for sweetening my coffee (which is why 5 drops of the regular SL drops works too). But the SL HZ took 4 full droppers before it was sweet enough as 1 teaspoon. Yes, 4 FULL droppers! But the most disappointing part was that there is but just a wisp of hazelnut flavor with 4 full droppers. And even that was fleeting. After 5 drops or 1 or 2 or 3 full droppers, the HZ flavor was non-existent. It started to present itself after 4 full droppers. I imagine it would intensify from there but then it would be too sweet. I've actually resorted to adding ground hazelnuts to my coffee and returning to the regular Sweetleaf drops and powder packets. Those are fantastic. Sweetleaf, sadly, missed the mark with this. I do not recommend this specific product. But overall, I can't say enough good things about Sweetleaf, the company. The regular drops are as natural as you can get for a sugar substitute, and I have never tasted an aftertaste.

Le goût est proche de la noisette (ça ne vaut pas de la vraie noisette, mais ça passe). En revanche, c'est trop cher, je suis content d'avoir testé, mais je vais pas en reprendre à cause du prix.
