Wolfman Luggage S0512 - E-12 Saddle Bags V-1.7

I learned the hard way that those big rigid bags that come on many adventure bikes can get you into trouble off-road. I crashed my BMW F800GS in soft sand in the boonies and my MX boot was caught between my passenger peg and the Hardbag with the bike on top of me.I was riding with a group of friends and one of them had these bags. I picked them up for a week of Dual Sport riding in Death Valley and they worked great.They are well built and rugged. The strap system secures them to the bike well. When you are just on a little trip and do not have a lot of gear in the bags, they cinch down well instead of flopping around like other bags.These bags worked so well I went and bought the Wolfman mini tank bag too.

Worked just like I had hoped they would. I camp off the back of my 650 dual sport and have a rack to hold a gym bag. Keep my tent, sleeping bag, ect. in this and my sleeping pad on top of that bag. In the E-12 saddle bags I put my sandels and all my cloths for a long weekend and they worked great. Never had any trouble with them comeing loose and I was able to mount them even though I have a rear fender tool bag and a rear rack. Just set the straps so they were just under my rear directionals and fit good. Strong and well thought out product. The E-10 may be too small for my needs.

I went down in the rain. Tried to save it but just as I was on the cusp of pulling out of a sideways skid my klx250s gained a whole bunch of lateral traction in a pothole and I got high sided off (luckily onto my laundry filled backpack at about 30mph. After the bike slid a good 25ft or so I got up to see if anyone saw. No one... With my ego in check I picked up the bike to inspect the damage. There was a scuff on my hand guard and I had to bend my shift lever which was bent inwards about 1/2". Then I went home and checked out the saddle bags and they somehow looked like nothing ever happened. I think they saved my bike. I also had 2 MSR bottles full of fuel in the wolf man holsters attached to the inner D rings on top of the saddlebags. They were fine too. The bags were cubed out btw. Winter rain/snow pants, a hoodie, socks, snowmobile mitts and jacket. I also have the 2L rear tool bag with spare tube and tools and front fender kit housing soft sided medic kit and 3 tire spoons. Nothing moved.Pros-durable(zippers too), easy solid install, look great, fits what you need if you don't need much.Cons-The nice big heavy zippers have chincey yellow string pulls, a solid ring thru the zipper head would be nice so you could throw a little lock on them.- these bags could be fairly easily "liberated" from your machine by loosening 3 nylon straps. (I mounted my saddle straps under my seat to make that more of a pain in the ass for them.All that being said. If you're on the fence, you can feel comfortable buying these bags. I'm giving them 4.5 stars even though it only says 4.

These are the best bags I've ever had, I almost bought the day trippers but am glad I got the larger luggage bags. They are perfect for my TW200. they fit well and are out of the way. It took very little effort to make them secure. I think they'll also protect the bike if I drop it ,and, I'm sure I will. There may be other good bags but for me these are the best ones I've tried.

Had these outstanding bags out for their first trip yesterday...on my KTM EXC 250 smoker. Start of the ride, hit a creek crossing of which was bordered with ice under a thin layer of dust and dirt...ended up going down hard and fast. The Wolfman E12 bag on the right side saved the right side of my bike and was practically still in perfect condition after an easy 20 foot slide on dirt and ice. Ended up having a great ride for several more hours, the bags held up great, carrying 15 lbs of gear easily...endured my accident, saved my plastics, protected my pipe and muffler, and still in awesome condition! Small abrasion only on bag, see pic. Highly recommend....bags held on beautifully during wreck and on an aggressive trail ride afterwards.

I have these E-12's and I absolutely love them! They started life on a drz400sm and I moved them over to my new 1190 Adventure when it came in. I know have close to 25,000 miles on them.. Other than the buckles having some sun damage and one spot that was rubbed into the paint, I wouldn't change a thing about them. I added the bottle holsters to the tops and it allows access to extra fuel when you're on the road and it just looks good! Pretty much all of my luggage is Wolfman and its going to stay that way...

They are quite small. I was hoping to just use them and not have to put another bag on top but there isn't much room in them other than for a day trip. You'll need more room for any overnight trips.

bought these for klx 400. took one trip to big bend tx and the cinch strap on the right bag came loose where it was sewn into the bag. Emailed wolfman and got an immediate response. They sent me a prepaid shipping label and sent me a brand new set. These bags are great and stayed exactly where I put them. Customer service is excellent. I will buy wolfman stuff again in a second.

オフロードバイク用という設定ですが、積載能力の低いロードバイクで使おうと思い購入しました。うまくリアフェンダーに留め具が掛かり、しっかり固定できました。大変満足しています。Ｄリングも多いのでさらに積載量を増やすことができるのも気に入りました。１つ残念なのは取り付け説明書がないことです。ネットに取り付け法を説明している動画があるのでそれを参考にしました。
