Hi there, this is Christian with Britzgo. We don't currently carry any Bluetooth compatible devices. However, you're still able to use this device and a phone simultaneously so long as the phone is on speaker or the volume on the phone is loud enough to hold the phone close to your ear, but not completely covering your and ear and the device. The devices aren't invisible in a literal sense, but they are very discreet and look like Bluetooth earbuds rather than hearing aids. I hope this helps.
