Sparkling Ice Essence of Sparkling Water, Peach, 17 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)

I have been drinking Diet Coke for 30 years and regular soda for 20 years before that, and I quit cold turkey two months ago. I found that I needed to find a replacement for the bubbly fizzy effect but did not want added calories or artificial sweeteners. So I began my search.The Sparkling Ice "Essence" brand of Sparkling Ice fit was what I was looking for, it consists of Water, CO2, and the Essence of lemon and lime with no sweeteners or preservatives. For those that do not know the essence is basically the Zest of citrus purified to just the light flavor of the fruit.This is not for everyone, this is basically club soda with a twist. If you are looking for a lemonade type drink then find the regular "Ice" brand with the artificial sweetener and be happy.For me this fit the bill, it's a bubbly water with a slight flavor to it. Then again I now drink "Topo Chico sparkling mineral water" from Monterrey Mexico with a lemon slice as my go to drink.

Ugh. I'm really disappointed that I didn't read REVIEWS before purchasing this flavor. I thought it would be a knock off version of diet 7 up or even kroeger's diet lemon/lime flavor. Nope. This is just plain seltzer water with absolutely NO sweeter and a hint a flavoring. My recommendation? Buy (1) bottle in the store first, before you order an entire 15 lb case. I LOVE the other flavors though (e.g. grapefruit, black cherry, apple crisp - yummy, etc.)

This is *not* normal Sparking Ice! This is rebranded Talking Rain, which is carbonated spring water with very light natural flavoring. Basically you can smell the flavor, but you can't really taste it. The water itself is really crisp spring water, but doesn't have as strong a mineral taste as a San Pellegrino or a Perrier. For me this is a better version of Poland Spring, La Croix, Canada Dry, etc. The carbonation is also a bit lighter than those brands.Before the Talking Rain company made it big with Sparkling Ice, they were a local Northwest company selling this carbonated spring water. I grew up in the Northwest and love Talking Rain, but have had trouble getting Talking Rain shipped to where I live now in New York.The more popular and recent Sparkling Ice product has a lot more flavor to it than this, so if you're looking for that or for anything juice-like this probably isn't your thing.

The Peach Essence was so terrible!!!!!!!! I had several friends to taste it and they nearly choked on it ....it is bad. I ordered 2 cartons. I don't have time to mess with returning it....I wish you would credit my account for just trying it.....and I hope the other Essence flavors were not this bad. It had a strong Peach fragrance but the taste was awful!

This was okay .Should have bought the full peach water instead of Essence

The essence is so tiny it's like poorly flavored plain water and there is hardly any sparkle in the water either, 99% flat The others so far have been very good.

This isnt supposed to be like sprite or 7 up which ive read review of people thinking it would be. This beverage tastes as if you took a club sold and added a splash of lime and lemon. Very good in my opinion.
