UPDATE: 12-16-20 I contacted them and they promptly responded and said they would work on the issue and had it resolved and back working within a few days snd contacted me to let me know! Awesome customer service for getting on it so promptly and responding back! I highly recommend this software and this company pretty much for their product and their great customer service! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!12-14-20.It worked fine for about a month and then it started saying “download to portal YouTube has been canceled” as of right now I am waiting to hear back from customer support to hopefully know if I wasted my money on this product. I will update this review as soon as I hear something back fromthem..

Buyer beware: This isn't a purchase to own - while you get a CD & keep case the fee only covers a lease/subscription for one year. A MoneyJack..IMO that fact was less than obvious until paying and then having to register for lack of time to order an alternative. Even on their site now they have a "Buy" button to proceed - why doesn't it say click to lease or rent for 12 months? I couldn't tell if their other products like Phomizer have the same temporary terms of use so for those still true reasons I'm only giving this one star. How well does this capture? From what I recall earlier this summer I was able to save a couple of youtube videos but I also recall some others were problematic and other sites were less compatible. Had I realized it was a license for only one years lease I would have looked for an alternative.The bigger problem is that for me this really didn't work and there is no support. Big disappointment to not get the functionality advertised.

This product is awesome! Installation took less then 5 minuets and I’m very happy that I found this! I would most definitely recommend this product.

The software worked for three months without any issue, now it keeps telling me it's a "demo License", enter your serial number. I'm traveling and on the road most of the time. I don't carry all my software CD's with me.I purchased MovieJack from Engelmann Distribution through Amazon on 7/4/2018. Installed the software CD and it's been working fine. When i try to use it now, I've been getting couple of error messages: One says, "MovieJack not Registered" the other error message says, "Demo License".I've contacted Tim Stoepler twice at Engelmann Distribution since November 26, 2018, sent him my proof or purchase from Amazon and explained the situation to him in details and the response I received from him was as follows: "since you bought on Amazon, we don't have you in our database. Which problems do you have with our software"?I replied back to him and sent him the screen shots but I haven't received a response yet!Here's their business Tagline:"Engelmann Distribution is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service".Is this the best you can do, Tim Stoepler, can you do any better?

We followed the instructions and it simply did not work. Very disappointed.

Stopped working after two months. "Download on portal Youtube has been canceled" Why? No help in "Help" section.
