Spigen NeoFlex OnePlus 5 Screen Protector 2 Pack/Case Friendly/Wet Application for OnePlus 5

I've used this brand/type of protector for a few phones now and I really like it. The finish/texture is different than most plastic or glass screen protectors. It is a bit grippy and it looks a bit bumpy (not visible when the screen is on). Any minor scratches from fingernails or change/keys in pockets heal themselves.Other protectors I've tried leave a gap (up to 3mm) on the edges due to the beveled edges of the screen on the OnePlus 5, but this one fits very nicely. It is thin enough that it covers the whole screen and I can still use a case on it. This package did not come with instructions (unless I missed them), but I knew how to apply it from previous times. It is very easy to get it centred and stuck onto the screen because it stays wet (from the included spray) so the product can be adjusted before using the card to squeegee the thing down.This product will protect against scratches, and it does help to minimize the damage from dropping the phone if it lands on a sharp pebble in concrete, for example.

Great. I like the wet apply method. Bubbles all but gone a mear few hours after application. Not slick like the last screen protector. Has a grippy feel. Not thin. Good protection. My advise: liberally spray your fingers and the adhesive side. Took three tries to get it where I liked it. Be patient. Good fit. Not quit clear. Will see if imperfections work out after a time. Recommend purchase if you don't want glass.09-12-2017. Shall up date in one week time.09-24-2017 update: looks good. no complaints.

Application of the Spigen screen protector was easy, but I did notice that my OnePlus 5 screen's clarity dropped a little. :(There was enough solution in the spray bottle for both screen protectors - I used about half for the first application.

(9/20/17) I was about to go on a trip in two days and wanted a good screen protector to use while I was on the trip. I had ordered the Spigen screen protector as my hybrid case is from them and I had many good experiences with their products especially iPhone cases. But, this time my experience was not as goodBecause I was going on the trip i had ordered SAME DAY delivery for these screen protectors and got them by the end of the day. When I opened up the amazon box the screen protector's box was completely bent (like shown in the picture) and was ripped on the bottom slightly. I thought this was just a shipping issue. Once I had opened up the screen protector's box I found all of the items listed in the description except the SECOND screen protector. The application solution was not in the spray bottle provided my Spigen. While, the bottle itself was there it was empty. I don't know if you are supposed to fill up the solution yourself or if it is provided.The screen protector from what I can see is in good quality, but I gave this product a 2 start review for the lack of items. I hope that I can resolve this issue with Spigen and will change the rating and update my response once that occurs

Install requires patience, but read the instructions carefully! The bubbles will go! Once it's set (24 hrs?) It is perfect! It's not smooth, like glass. More gummy feeling, like silicone, but without being sticky. It's odd, but product has protected from falls, scratches, never slipped at the corners or cutouts, didn't roll or crack. Super happy with it. I've been using almost 5 months.

I really should've paid more attention to the 1 star reviews on this one. I'm not usually someone that does reviews, but this was so astoundingly bad I had to. So first, I read their included instructions, followed the step by step video (which was very very poorly done compared to others). And when applying with the included liquid, the very first attempt had a bunch of fingerprints that just didn't come out, even when coating my entire hand throughly with the solution.I removed it and decided to try again with the second one, and while this one didn't suffer the fingerprints of the last one, whilst trying to remove a bubble with the included plastic card, the protector itself scratched and damaged. This is beyond belief! Some may argue that I might've placed too much pressure trying to get the bubble out, but this is supposed to be a protective film, if this scratches with a plastic card I don't even want to think about something like keys or lint in your pocket.Overall horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever.

For a thin film screen protector, this one does the job quite well. Fitment is good and I have not experienced any peeling after months of use. No cloudiness or odd feeling screen, but not quite as nice as glass. Too bad the glass protectors I tried didn't last like this one.

Applies well, looks fine, works as advertised. Only issue is that it's too big for the Otterbox case so the top has a couple bubbles from hitting the case but it's not a big deal considering that the factory one came with many more bubbles.

Just got these so this review will definitly have to be updated but i'm loving it so far.EDIT: after about 12 hours the residue and bubbles underneath have all disappeared, perfect installation.Installation is quick and easy, once i had everything laid out and watched the tutorial video (website provided with the install instructions) it took an overall 5 minutes. I would suggest you do the install closer to bed time, or at a point where you wont be touching your phone for around 45 minutes to hour.What i liked about this liquid applied protector was that it allowed multiple install attempts with one protector. I rarely get this right on the first try for TGSP/plastic (i've wasted around $30 worth of protectors on my oneplus so far) but there was plenty of room for error and adjustments. 3-4 sprays of the liquid on the protector is plenty for install and allow some wiggle room with it. It does leave a lot of residue at first but 90% of it cleared up within an hour or so; the other 10% we'll have to wait and see.In terms of texture and looks, its barely noticeable on my phone, looks almost better than the stock screen protector by OP as well almost because I installed it haha...texture is smooth, definitly not TGSP feeling but its quite different from your average plastic one, you're either going to love it or hate it.Clarity is pretty good, still have to wait a bit to see the ultimate results. It definitly looks REALLY bad for the first hour but after that your phone is completely use-able and almost as clear as without the protector, as mentioned before you'll have to wait a couple days to see for yourself.Responsiveness is great, i've had no issues with it; you might have some at the beginning though because it's not at all dry yet.Case compatibility is awesome, i'm not using a SPIGEN case for this and am not noticing any lift so far.Its worth noting this doesnt cover the curved edge of this phone so a case is still necessary, then again no protector is going to really keep your phone from being smashed anyways, this is more for scratch and light scrapes/impacts.Overall, if you can put up with the texture, this is a lot better than a regular adhesive protector.

So I installed this a day ago and I'm fairly happy with it. For the price it can't be beat. It is easy to install and for the most part the bubbles do disappear.However, I have two problems with it. The first is that not ALL of the bubbles are gone. Specifically I have one on the top black part of the phone so it is very visible. The other thing is that using the squeegee or plastic card that came with it to push bubbles out actually caused dents and scratches in the protector... This sucks because I just installed it and it already looks dirty and has marks all over it.Also, there is no video tutorial for specifically the OnePlus 5. They use they same video for Samsung Galaxy as the instructions for this protector as well.Lastly, the video instructions were actually more informative and we're a bit different form what came in the box as instructions. I would really prefer a tempered glass protector.

It works, but doesn't last long. Top of it is already coming off and it is very noticeable on the screen. Unlike the factory screen protector that came with the phone.. Wish I could buy that one..
