Jessica Simpson Women's Chad Riding Boot

I love the look of these boots and thought they were going to be perfect. They even looked great in the box when I got them. However, upon trying them on, the fit was not quite right in the leg. I am 5'4" and they are about 1/2" to 1" too tall - kind of fit right at my kneecap instead of just below. Also, the calf is too wide. There was a significant gap all the way around my leg, making me look as if I was a little girl trying on my mother's boots. I was so disappointed because I've been looking forever for the perfect boot and thought I finally found them. If they were slimmer and had a zipper or some kind of stretch material in order to get a tighter fit on the leg, they would be perfect.

So, I really loved the style of these boots but did not like the polyurethane material. Honestly, when I placed my order, I thought I had ordered leather boots. When I received my order, I was surprised to see that they weren’t leather. I cross checked the boots with the description online and realized I had completely overlooked the description...my bad. I have other shoes that are pleather and they look great, hard to tell the difference. Sadly, these boots looked and felt cheap. Sent them back. On the up side, I had no issues with the return.

These boots would be lots better in the real leather but my size was not available :( These are good enough for the purpose though ... In general, I like them ... I wear a true 6 1/2 and these fit good, calf size is perfect, heel height is perfect ... I wear them with leggings, they're cute ... I haven't tried but, I'm sure skinny jeans would be ok for these also.

I loved how these shoes looked online; but when i got them in the mail and tried them on they looked to bulkey so i returned them. the fit was perfect and they wer comfortable but they had to much material in the front and didnt look good on. i did order a half size up and they fit well with or without socks. Sadly i had to return them.

I am usually an 8.5 but got a 9. It was a little narrow in the toe but I have worn them all day with lots of walking and still felt pretty comfortable. Love the look, the square toe is modern and attractive. I got a lot of compliments on the material despite not being real leather.

Amazing comfort with or without insoles. A perfect heal height. I work on concrete floors for 10+ hours a day. These are my most comfortable boots to wear. Wish they came in leather; I worry how well they will hold up in CO winter. If they were leather, I would have splurged on several colors.

Bought a pair of these in brown last year at Belk. They have lasted nicely and feel like leather. Saw different ads on Amazon for these - this one described as synthetic and the other as leather. Orderd these hoping it was a mix-up and they would be leather or have the feel my brown pair have. Definitely synthetic. Did not even try them on. Just returned them. They had a cheap look and feel. Was not worth paying $100 when I can get real leather for close to that price. Returned and ordered another brand. Still like the brown ones from last year though and get compliments on them.

Love these boots. They fit perfectly. They are study and fits well. They also have less impact on the back muscles than pointy heels. They are noisy - kinda like cowboy boots. Good quality and definitely stylish - These boots are square toed.
