As with some of these supplements, not sure. I take this one and hope that it is heading off any prostrate issues. I had no issued, just preventative and I take resveratrol too. Anyway, give them a try I guess. They do have a fairly strong smell, so they must be good, ha, ha!

I don't usually write reviews, but my prostate functions much better since using these pills! They almost work as good as Flowmaster! I was able to urinate with a heavy and quick flow without stopping. It was like peeing in my high school days 😆. It even improved my bedroom performance! 😉 I've tried so many products that didn't do anything I felt I needed to share my experience after using these pills. My only complaint would be the bottle has only 30 pills, we should be able to order a 90 day supply. Enjoy!

It is well tolerated with no significant side effects. Uncertain even after two months of use whether it is making a significant difference in symptoms. It does not appear to have any effect on occasional urgency , but may be promoting a stronger urinary stream with less hesitancy. So I am guessing it may not have much of a neurologic effect, but hopefully retards prostate growth in the long run. None of the active ingredients have ever really been tested in double blind controlled studies, but there Is a possible physiologic mechanism by which it may work. I am willing to try it for a few more months.

I am almost done with my first bottle. The results are noticeable. I go to the restroom less frequently especially at night. highly recommended.

I know this is working because it's so much easier to urinate after taking this for a month... I'm able to stop and start like I was younger and the sensation is not as urgent as it was before taking this. If I could give 100 stars I would. This is never leaving my supplement cabinet.
