Makayama Movie Mount for iPad Mini 4 and earlier models

The mount works well with my iPad mini but it does feel cheaply made. Also my package did not come with all that is pictured, I received the mount and a lens but none of the other items.

I chose this because I use it for a time lapse app and it works very well on a tripod. The design is okay but I believe could be improved on attaching it to the iPad.

A little pricey for my taste. Would have loved for it to come with 2 lenses the wide and the telescopic one. Now I have to make another purchase.

Quick arrival from seller. Product is a bit challenging to line up the lens threads for. People love it, though.

Not worth $70.00!! Maybe $10, or two for $10. The lense might be worth it, but htat's not why we buy the MOUNT!! However, I can see why people pay the price, where can you get anything like this?? My complaint is the HOT SHOE adapters! THese ARE NOT Hot Shoe recepticles. THey are merely blank recepticles to hold an items. A Hot Shoe Mount has an electrical connection that allows you to conect and use Lights, Mics, etc.....without the use of external wiring. TO me this is nothing more than FALSE Advertising!! The other concern is that the lense recepticle has plastic treads. THe PP Plastic will not last very long, especially if you cross thread them (and this is too easily done). Over all, if you need something like this, as I did, make your own and save your $70.00!!

Wonderful gadget. Easy to use fits iPad mini perfectly..set up a home photo booth with this..my guests loved it!!

I loved it perfect for just what I needed . I used if with my home made photo booth .

Plasticky and cheap, but it works.
