I've purchased the Missmore Trombone Mouthpiece, the silver plated, 6 1/2 AL.I pulled out my old Conn copper-belled tenor trombone from high school in the 1960's, and am trying to get back to being good again.My 6 1/2 AL is a small shank mouthpiece, and won't fit the large shank professional trombones, but I beleive it's availale in large shank from some manufacturers.I switched from a Bach 11C, because I was having problems hitting low Bb thru 7th position E.This 6 1/2 AL blows freer, gives me more control, and better tone, especially the low notes.It looks similar to a Bach, but I can't speak to how it compares to the Bach 6 1/2 AL, since I don't have one, except that it's a lot cheaper.I'm really pleased with my purchase! Had a tenor shank horn with a 3G mouthpiece, got a new horn with a bass shank and have had a hard time finding a mouthpiece that allowed me to play upper and lower range both.This mouth piece did that. Love it. Unfortunately, like with most gold things, my lips reacted to it and I cannot use 8t for everyday playing.

I was worried buying an off-brand mouthpiece for my Bach trombone for my kid, but it's perfect. Good sound, good weight, perfect appearance and molding. Will buy again.

Quality is good; it fit my 1960 Buescher Aristocrat; plays well. I'm getting a good singing tone with it.

My son started band this year and I was looking at the prices for this on other websites. I was shocked at the prices, especially because he’s brand new to band and he may not stick with it. His band teacher used this piece to show the class what the mouthpiece should look like. The shipping was also fast!
