Received Damaged Product & No Support!
I recently had a terrible experience with Amazon India after receiving a damaged mist spray worth ā¹1800āit had scratches, a missing cap, and leakage. Despite providing clear proof, Amazon denied my return, falsely claiming my return activity was excessive, even though Iāve only returned two items from five orders.Their customer service was useless, giving copy-paste responses and refusing to acknowledge the defective product. Instead of standing by their return policy, they ignored consumer rights and dismissed my complaint unfairly.Spending ā¹1800 on a faulty product with no accountability is unacceptable. If Amazon can deny genuine return requests, how can customers trust them? If you receive a damaged product and they refuse a return, I recommend filing a complaint with the Consumer Court (e-Daakhil) and National Consumer Helpline.
