Is the color of this conditioner white? Im probably just going to use it to lighten hair dye

Do you just leave it in,or does it have to be rinsed out?

Does this conditioner contain any sulfates?

Does it weigh down fine hair? I see some people have reviewed that this made their hair feel coated
