Louder than some higher-end earbuds.
The quality for the price is pretty great. Most headphones i've had prior to these don't stack up to these in terms of loudness, which is exactly what I needed. The little clip is an added bonus so no arm movements will catch the wiring and potentially pull the headphones out of your ears accidentally if you use them to work out or run. My only complaint is that occasionally it will lower the volume without pressing any volume buttons but it's not extremely noticeable. This may just be a slight defect in my pair. Overall, I like these a lot and will likely purchase them again.

style and fit most important to me
I have returned them. They might be great for some people but they weren't the best for me.I much prefer the earbuds that I got originally. They are ERL-50. I prefer the cord and don't miss that it doesn't have a volume control on it. I simply use the volume control on my phone. I have had no problems with tangles. The cord on the B750's is flat. I prefer the ones that I have which are rounded like a regular cord. I also prefer the feel and shape of the actual earbud for the ERL-50. I have now ordered my second pair.

High quality earbuds
I use earbuds for my C Crane radio. The earbuds I had before came with the radio and broke at the connector. It was made of cheap plastic and only lasted about a year. These are higher quality. The sound quality is probably better as well.

Why Pay More !?
With the same foam surrounds, these had same sound quality and noise cancelling properties that the ones I paid 5x for had ...well duh ...I'll buy a couple more for 'in case eez' ...

Worst Earbuds I've Ever Used
They didn't fit even with changing the rubber things, and stopped working pretty quickly.

Great sound. Nice design. Decent price.
I'll try to make this helpful for everyone. I am no expert in sound engineering but I know a little about it. These cost me £15 when I bought them, but I think they were on sale... Enjoy!!After using high quality and similarly priced Monoprice Bass Enhancing earphones (the wire got frayed and the connection got dodgy) I was sceptical about the price range of £10-20 pounds for decent earphones. I bought these with a voucher so I didn't really have anything to loose. When they arrived, I tried them but found the sound a little tinny. However, with a quick change to some chunkier buds (there is an excellent range of sizes and shapes provided, as well as a removable clip (intended for runners, I assume), and a nice felt bag to keep everything together) made the sound more like what I had enjoyed previously. With the right buds, these earphones sound brilliant. The booming bass is large yet refined and doesn't sound too muffled or wet. A respectable treble blends perfectly with the bass and neither dominates the other negatively. For both heavier and lighter rock music, I find this perfect, but it works well for folk and country music too (As a side note, I would recommend playing about with different equalisers, especially for mobile devices, and finding the right one for your style/genre).In terms of noise cancelling, I have significant trouble hearing anything while simply wearing them without audio playing. With the music on, you won't be hearing much either!!While the flex is not enormous, it stretches easily from pocket to ear. The flatness of the flex was a little strange at first, but it feels fine (rubbery, but not with excess stickiness) and I had previously had a braided flex - this might have been a nice addition, but the wiring is acceptable overall. The wire doesn't tangle easily but of course it does a little!!Although it isn't a mandatory feature, the mic is useful. The volume slider is helpful and the pause/play button (the silver one seen on the thumbnail) is a handy thing to have. I think that the black version (which I am reviewing) has a slightly different button layout than the red or white, but I can't imagine anything drastically different between them. The 3.5mm jack works with most smartphones that I have tried it in, and the flex extends, perpendicular to the port - I find this useful as it means that you can have the wire neatly in your pocket and not bent over in danger of frays or splits. The drivers and buds are comfortable and relatively discrete for the big bass that they provide. Once again in comparison to the previous Monoprices, they came as a relief an terms of size. The only possible problem that I have encountered, following two or three months of use, is that one of the mesh grids (in the ear canals) covering the drivers as collapsed slightly, however this doesn't affect the sound quality, so it's nothing to worry about (touch wood and whistle!!).Great sound. Nice design. Decent price. I would have to recommend Betron B750s to anyone with £20 to spare. Thanks for reading, and sorry for any grammar/spelling mistakes!!

Good sound quality, comfortable fit, blocks outside noise very well.
I bought these headphones to replace the stock earphones/microphone for an old work phone (Blackberry, if you must know, probably the last one in circulation!)The reason I wanted to replace the old headset: sound quality quite poor, earphones badly fitting, which meant they kept falling off, and also had no inline control for volume, start/stop, etc.The reasons I chose the Betron B750s: good reviews (after removing the "I received this for free" kind of reviews, there aren't many items with >4* and any genuine purchases!!), it promised bassy sound and it had a inline control.Well, so, what works and what doesn't?- The B750s come in a brilliant package, especially considering the price point. It came with various sizes and types of rubber tips, to make sure that you have one that fits. In fact, it comes with SIX types of tips, so from that point of view, it ensures a perfect fit no matter what your ear canal size and preference.- The sound quality, ONCE you have a good fitting earphone rubber tip, is good. The promised "bassy" sound was where, powerful volume, overall it definitely beats my old earphones hands down.- the inline volume control is accessible and comfortable. It's a slider that controls the volume, not buttons, so it's much quicker to go from 100% to 0% and back to 100%, if you need to.So, why not 5*?!There is just one little problem, the good bassy sound and powerful volume is achieved partly thanks to very tight fitting ear rubber tips. No problem there, they're comfortable enough and ensure they don't fall out while moving. BUT, they isolate external noise very effectively, which means that when I'm talking on the phone, I can't hear myself! This results in me talking louder, and me almost not recognizing my own voice...Therefore I'm a little bit torn... I like the sound and the fit, but using these for conference calls will require some training so that I know how to talk through them without being shouty. Still, a good, solid 4*, in my opinion.

Perfect for me, love the control features, great sound, many pros.. Hoping it will last long though!
I really like these earphones. I was looking to invest in a good pair after buying and throwing away so many cheap ones that would break/fray/stop working in a matter of months. But I didn't want to spend too much, because after all, they are just headphones and i'm no sound/music expert I just like to listen to music while on public transport. I was hesitant to buying these type that goes in your ear with the bud, because i ususally get the other type that doesn't go all in your ear and was worried they wouldn'd fit. But they come with 3 different size buds and the smallest ones fit perfect.PROS- Comes with 3x different size ear bud thingies- The wires are pretty tangle free which I love- The flat wires make them less susceptible to damage and fraying - pretty strong- The plastic coating thing around the jack plug doesn't stick out, it's flat so doesnt cause the plug to bend when inside your device when connected in your bag etc (I've had this problem before, it would bend and eventually the the plug broke off and got stuck in my ipad earphone port.)- It has a pause/play button which is SO convenient (can also answer calls pressing that button)- When you double press the pause/play button it skips to the next song, and if you triple press it, it restarts the song from the beginning- Has a volume control which is also super convenient- Has a mic- Comes in a cute velvet red pouch to keep them away from tangling or getting ruined amongst other things in your bag- Very simple nice black design- Works on my ipad, phone and laptop- Sound is pretty good, although i'm no sound expert and there may well be many more out there that sound way better, but it's good enough for me, music sounds good and clearCON(s)- I think this may be my only con, but sometimes i've had to swivel and move the jack plug around when plugged into my device port because sound isn't coming through as it should, or I can't hear sound as well in one ear. This is quite a big con for me though because I started having to do that only about a week after owning a pair. This makes me think it might not last long and the sound may go, i'm hoping not.I've only owned for around a month and a half and use almost everyday. Spent more on it than I usually do with earphones, but I think the £15 I paid is worth it because it ticks all the boxes for me, exactly what I wanted with a pair of headphones. Plus there are ones out there like apple earphones that are around £25 and damage/break so easily and quickly. The one thing that would make this perfect would be if they lasted for a long long time, and not just a few months. I've only owned for around a month and a half so can't really commment on that but really hoping it will.

Tangle reduced
These headphones are advertised as tangle free, due to the thick, flat design. I bought them to replace my last aging pair of headphones, which were continuously in a tangle. I'd tried one of those plastic loops for wrapping them around, which sort of worked but were slow to wrap and unwrap and I think contributed to the wire breaking.I'm pretty happy with these. The flat design really does decrease the amount of tangles, but by no means eliminates it altogether. The main advantage is that when the wire gets crossed in your pocket, it can't pull tight meaning that untangling is less frustrating. I think they tend to get tangled slightly less frequently too. In any case, the frustration is less than with normal headphones and is still better than wrapping them around a clip. The sound quality is very good for the price. I listen to a lot of radio shows and the voices are very clear even at moderate volume in a noisy area, mostly because they are extremely effective at cutting out background noise. That is not always a good thing - you can't hear train announcements nor traffic - but it is great at work when someone is on the phone in the office.Downsides: The volume control is a bit sensitive and I don't use it much. The pause button also doesn't work with my phone (samsung galaxy s2). The headphone socket is on a long L shaped socket which occasionally twists as I put my phone back into my pocket, disconnecting the headphones. It isn't a big problem if you line it up properly, and it doesn't come out any other time.

Reviewing headphones is not as easy as some other products
Reviewing headphones is not as easy as some other products. Personally I find that there are three brackets of headphones badly designed (usually cheap), the acceptable mid range and then the really good ones. I have tried various over the years from the usual brands to high end headphones. I can safely say I've paid two to three times the cost of these and got lower sound quality and lower build quality.Reasons why I like themThe headphones come with a range of buds the size to fit my ears is quite comfortable.Prolonged use (a day at work) seems quite comfortable. I have also run with them on a number of occasions with out them coming out. Cannot vouch for their ability to stay in on a real run or at the gym but will update the review if I doThey seem to cut out sufficient sound and mean that those on the bus don't have to listen to my music with it at a sensible level.Addition of the volume control is great sorely missing from most headphones these daysThe tangle resistant cord seems to have been designed well. Ive put this to the test in various pockets, bags and even falling asleepThe addition of the L shaped plug may seem like a minor design aspect but I think its quite welcome when used with a phone in a normal trouser pocketSound quality wise they are great really rich deep sound I cannot fault with various genres inc audio booksIn regards to the remote I can confirm that on a windows phone all functions work.Worth noting that for remotes both apple and android have different tech to receive the remotes signals so headphones that state 'made for iphone' are a lot less likely to work for android, windows etc so it can be a bit of a gamble. I have read other reviews for this model were its been mentioned that some functions did not work for some android phones. So it may be worth the makers just checking this and adjusting the title for these accordingly i.e. stating if certain remote functions wont work with certain android phones. It certainly cannot be easy to get this kind of thing right. No real downsides for me from buying these as they really sound better than expected and have a good sturdy build quality
