It has power and a good bulb and worked fine for a while. When I adjusted the height in late May, it just quit working. My electrician was baffled. Power to the socket and all wires connected as they should be. I called amazon, they told me to write the manufacturer. I did that, twice and heard absolutly nothing back from them. Their customer service is non-existant. Amazon will refund my money, but I will have to pay an electrican to remove my light so I can send it back before they do so.

Absolutely love these lights! They look wonderful over the kitchen island and provide all the light I need. I particularly liked the shape of the weight on these; most of the ones I found were round, and these are oblong, which makes them a little more unique. Very pleased with the quality and details of the lights. Would definitely buy from this company again. I couldn’t be more delighted with my purchase for my 1801 farmhouse!

Originally purchased to hang above our sink but it was too large for that. So we bought a 2nd and hung them over our bar, they look great, dim nicely and finish the space. The only thing to note, THE FIXTURE is QUITE HEAVY! Luckily we were doing a whole kitchen remodel as we had to support the fixture with the ceiling studs.

The pulley weight is ridiculously heavy and impractical for most ceiling installations. Also it's made in China, my bad for not paying attention to all the details.....also it's much uglier than the pictures show......take a pass on this one

I received this pully light not knowing what to expect. It arrived on time and was made very well. The shade is large so it fits perfectly over a breakfast table. Probably too large for over the sink in my opinion. The quality of the product is good and the chord is adjustable for your preference. I have had many positive comments about the style and look of this light. I would buy it again. Good product for the money. Easy to install. Be aware that it is heavy due to the weighted pull mechanism.

After it was hung the light is exactly what I wanted. The cord was strung through the pulley backwards but was easy enough to correct. Over all I love this light. Be carful when trying to line up the lights when hanging them because after they hang for a while the cord will straighten out so may need to be adjusted.

Electrician did not complain about install in a new build, so I assume installation was uneventful. It looks great and I love the feature of being able to change the hight of the light over my workspace.

Love this light for my breakfast table. I’m considering painting the inside of the shade for an antique gold or a mercury glass/aged mirror look. The white is ok, but I think it would be so much more attractive by toning down the bright white.
