I love this, very thick and fitted, but XL for knee but it was a bit small, fits pretty much anywhere else, so I got an XXL to avoid struggling to pull up the tighter sleeve, great choice. Stays cold about 20 minutes, then refreeze and use again for a 2-3 hour cycle; would highly recommend if you need and all around icing.

My dad has a busted hip and this is helping his pain tremendously. While quite expensive, the 3XL provided by FREEZE-SLEEVE was the only size available that would fit the end of his stump (he’s an above knee amputee)! Definitely recommend for any larger limbs! Don’t pay this much if you can fit into a smaller size, though. It’s performance is very similar to other brands of the same gel-like material…just ensure you’re getting the freeze gel stuff! You won’t be disappointed.

fits nice n tight, looks like an item from a bondage company( ladies, you could use two of these for your knees perhaps ? ) but very smartly made with quality materials and the filling inside is soft and does not rub your skin off
