Excellent,even beyond my expectations.So easy to set up now happily watching our Virgin TiVo box on a TV in another room and the remote is fully functioning .Fantastic!

Good product, worked first time. Placing the IR transmitter and Receiver requires a little trial and error but it is not difficult to get working

plugged in as shown on pictures and instructions, no signal to source TV just a black screen, tried every HDMI slot, several different cables, tried on another virgin box and TV, spent hours messing with settings, NOTHINGdidnt even bother trying to get it to work on the tv i wanted to send the signal to, waste of money and time

Easy to set up really.....pretty obvious where all the leads are meant to go though the info is a little vague.I can say this does work fine over on a 30 meter stretch of network cable as I had to buy another lead - the 15 meter supplied wasn't enough. Be careful with the network cable you buy though - not all work with this kit. Look for one's that mention supporting HMDI senders / Virgin box etc.

I have set up the equipment just like the picture but I can't change the channel using the remote. I have to go back into another room to do this. It did work for a short period so I know that it is set up correctly. I think that the infared sensors are faulty. I do not wish to return the entire set as I have ran the cables under the floor and had new wood floor laid over the top. There is no way of being able to replace the cable if I remove it as the basement to the room where the tv is has no access.Please can you advise if there is anything that I can do to the set up. The remote is not faulty as it works on the original virgin box. I would prefer to replace the infa red sensors as I believe that these are the issue.Thanks

The product arrived earlier than I expected which was a lovely surprise. Excellent product and works very well. I had to read the installation instructions a few times but referred to the sellers instructions on amazon and it became clear. Very pleased I bought this.

update of previous review. Package finally arrived about 10 days late thanks to Royal Mail. Managed most of set up and got pic on second tv, so progress. Just can’t quite get the remote to work yet. Will persevere.

Excellent product, did exactly what it said.We only ever watch one TV at a time so getting the extra Virgin box for £99.99 plus the one off installation fee of £25 and an additional £7.50/month has been reduced to a one-off cost of £97.
