Love it!
We recently remmodeled our shower and I decided to buy this instead of the expensive shower heads they had at retail stores. This works great, it has awesome pressure and it was easy to install. It's also a great looking product. Very happy with this purchase.

Quality parts and great warranty fully backed by company
I bought two of these for two new bathrooms. Great quality. I had this professionally installed so I can’t comment on the installation process. However, they did not have any issues with installation. The customer service is incredible and they fully back their warranty. I had an issue with one of the brackets and they took care of the problem immediately through email communication. I bought a Delta faucet for my kitchen but this product feels just as high quality as the Delta faucet.

Love this shower head
Good price. Thought 12 inch looked big but it’s perfect! Looks great and makes for an enjoyable shower. Will buy again when redoing other bathrooms.

Buyer Beware!!
Do not buy this! After a bathroom remodel we thought this would look great. After only 6 months the paint was chipping off! This is with us not using harsh chemicals and gentle use! It is now 3 years and will have to be replaced. Very poor quality!

Great customer service
We bought 3 shower systems for a remodel 2 years ago. The paint on one of the black shower heads (I didn't know it was painted) began to peel. I contacted the company, sent pix and asked they replace it. Without hesitation they replaced the shower head and apologized. And made the replacement in record time. I love this shower system and I appreciate the amazing customer service.

Good Quality Product
Looks great and works great. Has been installed for some months now and is doing great. The only drawback is the rain head adjustment does not allow for it to point straight down as it is angled slightly out when in the flat most position. All other functions and positions work great.

Don’t waste your money
Had for about 2 years. Paint chipping from most of it. The part holding the handheld shower head broke. I would not purchase this again.

Good shower system
I love the rain shower, very comfortable. Surprisingly large shower head but still looks good and not comically large. The water pressure from both heads is good. Some good features: - you can use both the rain shower head and the hand-held at the same time which was something I struggled to find in similar shower systems (that weren't over-priced). - When you set a temperature you can just leave it there and next time you turn it on it will be at the same temperature (after warming up). - The hand-held is vertically adjustable and can be angled for use without holding it. Overall very pleased with the purchase and from my research this is one of the most cost-effective solutions while having the above important features.

Excellent pressure!
Amazing pressure, looks great in our shower, resistant to water marks. Love the option of easily changing from the rain head to the handheld unit.

Good product but has one small R & D defect.
We bought this product for a summer cabin last year. Looks like a quality product and well made. Installed it in the shower and very nice to use. At the end of summer we drain our water system for the winter. When we started the water this year and tried the shower the centre valve leaked. I tried to reach out to Shower System, (SR SUN RISE 3-Function Round Shower Faucet with Adjustable Shower Slide Bar and 6-Setting Handheld Shower Head, 12 Inch Wall Mounted Shower Set with Valve for Bathroom, Matte Black) seller and finally got a response. There rep Sofia finally answered my inquiry and asked for a video of the problem. Sent in the video and haven't heard from SR Sun Rise Sofia since. The product seems real well made but no fixes if problems do appear so I now rate this as a zero. I finally have contact with a company rep Jarry. They have a fix (change centre valve cartridge) and after I do it and it works I will update this to the five. Thank You Jarry. Finally got the cartridge. I now rate this as 5 even though I will have to remove the cartridge every year to keep it from freezing. Every thing else seems top quality.

Love love my shower
This shower looks great, and I love the fact that I could use both at the same time. The umbrella is large making it very pleasant.
