My wife and I put together dozens of puzzles throughout the year. We were getting tired of the same old landscapes and dated postcard-like scenes. I decided to have one of our favorite pictures custom-cut into a puzzle. I shopped carefully for quality random-cut wood pieces, preferably with a poster. This one was a little more pricey than the others but none of the ones I looked at on Amazon were ridiculously priced. We got a 1000-piece puzzle about 19" by 16". It arrived right on time. The packaging was excellent. The poster and box were better than I expected. The puzzle is going together beautifully. The pieces fit tightly together, the picture is clear and vibrant. It even has letters on the back in case two pieces are almost the same. We are both very pleased. I will be ordering more for us and to give as gifts. Thank you.

The color quality was very poor. Puzzle is sturdy.When I ordered it said it would deliver in a couple of days. When it shipped it took longer because it shipped from China. Be honest about your ship time and let me decide.

The custome puzzle came out perfect! I also love the fact that they had a poster size pic of the photo you sent in!

I bought two puzzles a couple weeks apart. The first was a family picture puzzle for my wife. It was great. It came with a large copy of the picture I sent inside the box. It was folded tightly which left crease marks that damaged the center of the picture. There was also a picture of the puzzle on the top of the box. The second was a gift for a relative. The picture on the puzzle was a bit darker than the original when compared with the image I sent in, a little overexposed. There was no photo on the top of the box. It was completely white where the picture should have been. I printed my own copy of the pic and attached it to the box. Overall not to bad but inconsistent between the two I ordered. I would still order again, they make cool one of a kind puzzles.

Zero stars is more accurate. To say I was disappointed is a complete under statement. Missing a lot of pieces and the boarder didn't even line up. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for 98 year old grandfather. I feel terrible for even giving him this gift. Time spent trying to put it together to just be let down with an incomplete image and feeling confused. Awful.

Except for a longer ship time then advertised, the puzzle is nice quality, matte finish pieces with a nice sturdy box and decorative mesh bag.
