The velcro headrest unlatched the second I put the just the weight of my head on it which could have snapped my neck had my caregiver not caught me in time. It is impossible to use up or down the stairs and is very heavy, clunky, and unsafe for its intended audience. Not at all as advertised and the seller is refusing to refund me because they insist that its a personal problem and not a product problem and are demanding I pay to have it shipped back myself. That would cost hundreds of dollars for an item this big and heavy! I'm disabled and on a fixed income and wasted hundreds already buying this thing, thinking I could return it with ease if it didn't do the job it claims it can do but now I'm being grifted and scammed. I am horrified by this experience and scared for other customers who might buy this item out of necessity only to wind up injured or scammed out of the precious few dollars us disabled people simply can't afford to waste on ineffective and useless medical devices. This has put me in a very difficult position financially and almost resulted in me snapping my neck and they refuse to help or resolve the issue in any capacity unless I pay to ship the item back on my own dime. I can't even get it to the post office because I'm handicapped and it's too heavy for my caregiver to bring down the stairs! Arranging for pickup will only make the cost of shipping even greater! I am devastated by this financial loss and threat to my safety and wish the company would make it right by just taking it back without forcing me to pay out of my extremely limited fixed income to get the dangerous thing out of my house.

It is very portable, lightweight, and folds down very small. For the price and portability, this is a very practical wheelchair!

Ordered it for an elderly family member and this is definitely what we needed, great product. It folds up easily too, so you can just leave it on the porch.
