I have used the product over many years, from time to time there have been the odd hiccup but AVG have fixed pretty quickly.A long time ago I used Norton until I had a problem with a new product. After weeks and months of broken promises I bought AVG.Norton support was worst I ever experienced.

Recommended
Have used AVG AntiVirus for years. Very reliable & bargain price to keep the 3 computers in home safe for 2 years. This version does not have AVG Firewall, but not a problem as Windows Firewall automatically engages if no other firewall present.

Avoid. Something's fishy. Not installing, asking for customer support although windows was freshly installed. I've used avg for few good years but I'll find something else.

Was sold to me as three user two year but actually seems to be one user two year. But a good anti virus nonetheless

Easy to install and effective
Very pleased. Was unsure about code on installation but AVG emailed me a key which activated it.Very pleased

Use another Anti-virus Package
Absolutely useless when trying to install, keeps coming up with install error after numerous attempts. Really disappointed in the product which used to work on my PC until today. Also to add insult to injury as it was a download there's no refund so a waste of £15. Avoid!

It's a cheap version of the antivirus telling you that if you want to do you job you need to buy the upgrade version

Used to extend licence
Used to extend licence of existing product as it was cheaper to buy the boxed product rather than extend the license. All worked as expected
