Feels like it could break at any minute
The product is ok if you are trying to avoid EMF exposure for your baby and it is just something you use for nap time. We co-sleep so we don’t really need it for night time. It is kind of hard to tell when the main unit is on in the correct channel to match with the other units. There is also quite a bit of interference. We hear others people talking to their babies from time to time. It’s either that or we have a ghost in the house. The feel of the product is that it’s extremely cheaply made. It feels like it could break at any time. It definitely doesn’t help that when we received it, it look like somebody else’s return because the plastic ties were cut up and the product was dangling inside the box. All in all it does the job if you are usually somewhat close by your baby.

Convenient and clear
I wanted to reduce EMF for my baby. I wish I could find something that travels through the house wiring instead of being wireless, but they don’t seem to sell those. This does have lower exposure than a video monitor. This little monitor is nice, I haven’t tried it on battery but I can plug it in and not worry about draining anything. I plug it in across the room from my daughter and it picks up her sounds clearly. I love that it came with two recievers so I can leave one in my room and one in the kitchen or den. I haven’t had trouble with static interference except once or twice and a small placement adjustment solved the issue. The lights aren’t a big deal to me, but it can help catch your attention for lower volume.

Safe & Reliable Baby Monitor
This baby monitor is exactly the right device to counter all the wireless devices in the modern home. Between WiFi routers, WiFi signal boosters, cell phones, “connected” TVs, laptops, etc its important to recognize a simple, reliable analog baby monitor is safe and does not put your precious baby next to another high frequency radio emitting device as his/her body and brain develop. The monitor works as intended (even in NYC) living in a high-rise so not sure how other people can credibly complain about interference - when we have zero despite living in NYC. The monitor is both clear and loud enough to hear all baby noises (despite a loud city in the background), does not loose signal and batteries (when used) last a reasonable time period. We are thankful for this simple device - without all the bells and whistles of digital monitors which broadcast potentially damaging high frequency radio waves - giving us the ability to monitor our loved one and not worry about harmful side effects

Works when it works - but cheap and fragile manufacturing
TLDR: Extremely cheap and fragile internal parts; may break shortly after using. Both the monitor and one of the receivers stopped working properly after ~3 days of use. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one because when they work, they work exactly as expected. But the receiver switch broke almost immediately, so that (even without batteries) there was no way to shut it off short of unplugging the device. I could live with that...but then the monitor stopped turning on altogether—it went completely unresponsive. Opening it up I found that one of the pins on the power socket had disconnected (these must be the cheapest/most fragile sockets on the market). When I swapped in the power socket from the broken receiver the monitor worked fine, so now we are down to one working monitor and one working receiver. I'm sure it will last another week before those fail as well.

Every monitor will have some sort of static, but ...
Every monitor will have some sort of static, but this was a hit and miss. There's no real way to turn the monitors off if you have batteries in them, unless the AC adapter is plugged in to the side of the monitor (doesn't have to be plugged into the wall). The AC adapter was somewhat loose so it quickly went through batteries, even if not using it for that mode.I had both units with batteries in them that were plugged into the wall continuously. After trying to use one in battery mode, the unit wouldn't stay on. Tried to switch out the batteries and found that the batteries were leaking and corroded. Checked the other unit and it had done the same thing. Batteries in both units were of the same name brand and were new. It was odd that both units had done the same thing, but could have been because I kept batteries in them when they were plugged into the wall.Sound is crisp and clear; units still usable even with the battery issues.

one reciever wont shut off
Delivery was prompt, packaging was good the only set back was that one of the receivers won't turn off at all, it works just sort of an inconvenience since I have a one year old obsessed with unplugging things so I can only use the one with batteries as that one sits in the closet. Minor setback but I don't know if that's just with the set I recieved or if that's how it's meant to be, either way it works well with the ones that work

It really sucks.
Have special needs kid. does not pick up low groans and moans. For some reason, newer monitor systems, including digital, they have a need to cancel out noise instead of just reporting the actual noise in the room. So we can miss out on our special needs daughter calling for help but since new versions of monitors are not sensitive, we are constantly going to resale shops and buying older analog monitor systems. It really sucks.

Not great if you use a white noise machine
This monitor would be 5 stars, but it is not sensitive enough to tune out the white noise machine in my daughter's room, so there is a constant wooshing sound when we have it on. Thankfully we have a small house and really only need to use it when the window air conditioners are running. Other than this it is a great monitor and easy to use.
