Bigger, bulkier than needed and no charger storage
It does what it should. I wish designers put a little more thought into making designs compact. This is a lot bigger than it needs to be. I'm tempted to cut a panel off and make a little storage area for the charging adapters. This really should be included. Just a simple door to a small compartment would have made this soo much better. Special adapters to charge (since this is not USB charging) means that not having the adapter or losing the adapter is an expensive and challenging fix.

No other brand has as many features
The thing that I like the most about this unit is all the features that it has. No other brand that I've seen has as many features. If it had digital gauges instead of analog, it would be perfect. Perhaps in a future model? I won't know how good this unit functions as a jump starter until the day that I need to use it. Everything else (air compressor, radio, etc.) works OK. One thing that I don't like is that while their website sells a replacement battery, the owner's manual makes no mention of it. Furthermore, the website has no instructions on how to replace it. Ideally, they should post an instructional video. They either (1) prefer that you buy a new unit when the battery no longer recharges or (2) they think most of their customers won't want to or won't be able to replace the battery or (3) they don't want to be bothered. Why do I think that? They don't even post the owner's manual online as most companies do these days. If you misplace the manual or if you are a prospective buyer, you are out of luck! I plan to scan my manual and save it in pdf form. Finally, please, don't tell me that you can contact customer service for the info. The info should be readily available on the website.

Does what says & more
i've only had one day, but this thing is awesome. I got it because I like how the PSI is over twice as powerful as most most are only at 1:20 I think this one is 260. It's all on my bike tires super fast and actually the air pressure gauge works to a T I use the manual gauge to make sure that I didn't rely on it and then I use the gauge on this jumper and it is right to the T, so much easier just let it go and measure . Like I said I pretty much just got this to jumpstart if needed and the fast psi, I have no idea head all these other extras such as USB radio light etc. I had gotten a Duracell one and anything under this psi super slow 120 psi even a bike tire takes forever we can walk back-and-forth & even for a bike tire took forever +++ If you go on road trips it's much safer to have the faster psi because if you're stuck on the road you don't wanna be a silly target waiting for your tires to if you go on road trips it's much safer to have the faster psi because if you're stuck on the road you don't wanna be a sitting target waiting for your tires to inflate.so much this is more compact some of the big wide ones that you can't even fit between truck seats

Jack of all trades, master of none
I bought this to have an all in one solution for air compression, jump starting, and charging devices. It doesn't do any of these things very well.the jump starter will indeed get the job done but they are kind of a tight fit for getting them on a terminal and one of the clamps has since started breaking off. I can still get it working but it will probably give way after a while. I actually didn't use these very often and after a handful of uses one of the clamps was damaged. The air compressor is kind of inconvenient because it's a bit slow with the air, it leaks a lot when you take the compressor head off the stem, and you have to watch it because the compressor gauge isn't digital and doesn't have an auto stop function. It's something I'm used to having with another air compressor I have.the charging outlet function worked great for a while and then began to lose charging capacity after maybe 6 months. keep in mind I do work where I have to charge my device up at least twice a day. Your mileage may very. Can't say anything about the light because I've never used it because I've never needed it.This thing will probably work well for someone who will use it every now and then. For everyday use, You're gonna want to look for something more durable.

Everyone should have this.
Everyone should have this., especially in California, where the electric utility turns off the power very often to prevent wildfires due to dry, windy conditions causing them. It will start your car, run your refrigerator/freezer, charge your phone, keep your computer/wifi running, and any number of life's necessities: lights, TV, if it's there to run, weather, emergency service contacts telling whether you should be evacuating, etc. It's a lifesaver, for so little money you'll find it hard to believe you didn't have it all this time! Need lights, not candles? Get this puppy! It really does the job; not gasoline in your garage, or MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE generator.

Compressor hose is too short
To be fair, I bought this because of its multi-functionality but I have only used the compressor so far. My primary purpose was to replace a very old Stanley power station where we now use a different product for jumping, the Stanley inverter never worked and the Stanley tire inflator function finally died. Having bot the Wagan primarily to have a portable compressor for use on car and truck tires, I was very disappointed to discover that the compressor hose is only 16" long.... That makes it nearly impossible to inflate a van tire without placing the Wagan on a platform UNLESS your tire just so happens to be in a spot where the intake valve is at or near the bottom of the tire as it sits. If it's at the top, the hose doesn't reach without either setting it on a table or getting in the van to move the tire a partial rotation.... That's crazy. Couple that with the need to be a logistical engineer to be able to return the hose into its ultra tight compartment in a way that allows you to close the door and my initial reaction became tainted. However, if the other functions work properly, given the Wagan is half the weight of the Stanley and stands upright I will be willing to live with it as is..
