Very Accurate
I’m really happy with my purchase, i’ve found it very accurate. You can get fluctuating readings based on how much oxygen you have left when the unit finishes the measurement. Once you get consistent I usually get within a few digits if I take multiple readings. I really like the app as well. So very happy with this purchase.

Test does not complete
After using the device, 9 out of 10 times the app does not complete the test procedure - the device or the app (I'm not sure which) simply "hangs". I wll be returning the device for a refund as it is not fit for purpose.

Good when it works
This portable ketone breath analyser by Acetrack is good, when it works, annoyingly the app keeps on disconnecting from Bluetooth meaning you have to start the process again. Its also rather pricey at £219.00 (price correct at the time of writing this review)I'm watching what I eat and cutting back on carbs, so I was intrigued to see how this machine would measure my ketone levels. To use it you will need to download their app and register, you'll also need to put in your height in centimetres (I had to Google mine as I'm feet and inches lol). You can register other users on the app, or they can download it to their phone and register, using the spare mouthpiece to measure their breathThe machine is really easy to use, with step by step instructions on the app, but it does take a while to load up, and then more often than not it disconnects from the Bluetooth and you have to start the process all over again which is really annoying but when it works, it's great, if they could fix the app then it would be so much betterMy ketone levels seem to change all the time, but at least monitoring them using this machine I can keep track and make sure I'm eating properly and you can record your levels on the app each time you use it, so this will helpThe machine has a USB charging wire and will need to be charged before useWith this machine being small and lightweight you can take it around with you to keep a check on your ketone levels throughout the dayWhen this machine (and app) works its great but a pain when it glitches. It's quite pricey and I'm sure there are similar devices available that are much cheaper too

Small, lightweight but learning curve required
after having this device for a couple of weeks i still have not got my head around it.I keep to a low carb diet as a way of life for around 4 years. lost 4 st in the process and kept it off.Im at no more than 50g to 100g a day, my results each day varied from 6ppm to 59ppm i know everyone is different and it states that but when my carb loving sister has a go the results say 96 which according to the device thats a high state of ketosis i was a bit put off.App is very easy to use but there looks like there is going to be a paid for/ subscription like service added soon.Device is lightweight and easy to carry, metal casing with 2 x mouth pieces.Connecting the device via Bluetooth takes seconds but the actual 'warming up' to analyse your breath can take to around a minute.App gives you insights and remindersBattery on this is incredible.. ive charged it once in 2 weeks and its still going.

Inconsistent results and a clunky app
Can't trust a device that produces wildly varying results in consecutive measurements as seems to be the case with this one. First time I tried it I got a reading of 23ppm, followed by 14 and 7. Just now I got 108, 86 and 121. That is a massive discrepancy and leads me to believe the measurements are completely inaccurate. I did the measurements one after the other, sitting at my desk to eliminate as many variables as possible. To use the device you need to install an app. Downloaded the app on my android phone and while it works, it is a bit buggy. I won't go into details here as not sure there is a point. Looks like it needs a bit more work.In short, this device does not seem to be giving consistent measurements and as such is pretty useless.
