Item arrived as pictures, in a creamy peach-coral shade. It looks beautiful, the fabric is synthetic though of course and feels as such, but it's a nice price for the amount you get. Feels like your typical synthetic polyester item, instead colorful, so it's more appealing! One side is shiny, and one matte. Perfect for fabric needed for sewing practically anything you want. Comes in one big piece. It arrives folded in random order and put into a package directly. Some of the edges are frayed and choppy despite being relatively straight but it's only a small part that can easily be cut out or used to your own benefit. You can decide whether that's good, bad, or neutral. I personally don't care, as the frayed part it could be used for many things anyways. In conclusion, the only critique really is that I wish they'd fold it up neatly and wrap it up or put string around it to hold it in place, just for neat presentation and to prevent any mishaps to it, but otherwise my experience was perfect! Swift shipping too, arrived in a week's time.

I received this item today. It took 5 days to get here, which is decent timing. I was concerned cause I ordered some fabric on Amazon last month & it was a lot lighter than pictured. But this fabric is beautiful. It is that dark, deep teal that I love & it's perfect for my bedroom. I will definitely order again if I need some more fabric for my crafts. Update: 6/27/2016 I reordered this fabric again because it was so beautiful & I wanted to do more with it. I received it again in the mail & this time it was not the same color. It was a nice vibrant color but it was aquamarine, not the dark teal that I first received (like the pic on the page). I wanted the color that I ordered a few weeks back so it could match with the other project I used it on. So I contacted customer service to ask them if there was anything that they can do. They were very nice but unfortunately they told me that their "dye-lot does change from time to time & when you order at different times, you can receive fabric with a variation in color". They currently do not have the color that I ordered a few weeks back. So I just kept it & will find something to use it on. I provided pictures so you can see the difference & for anyone who wanna reorder their color, to let you know that you may get a variation of color & not the color you seek. Still a good company with nice fabric, just wish they could keep the colors exactly the same. So I deducted 1 star from my original post. ...The pic shows the difference of the fabric they sent me. The fabric on top is the one I ordered 6.19.2016, it is more like an aquamarine color, not the same. The one on the bottom is the one I ordered back in May, the beautiful dark teal.

Shipping was quick! The material is very soft, shiny and light. I made a Halloween dress ( Angelica schuyler Hamilton) for my daughter with this cloth. It came out very pretty. My favorite part is the fall it gave! I needed a lining for the top and the sleeves to make it easy to stitch the dress otherwise the cloth sheds it's threads which I am sure any satin would do. I bought 6 yards and the price was great. I will buy it again if needed.

Beautiful fabric, and at such an immensely low price for such quality. My sister used it to sew a Grecian goddess dress for my Halloween costume this year and it turned out beautifully. Very light, airy, and easy/comfortable to wear. However, depending on the lighting you're in, it may be slightly see through. That being the only flaw, if at all considered one if you just sew multiple layers, I highly recommend this fabric.

So I bought this satin fabric in orange to make a mermaid dress for my niece. It is a loose weave so it frays badly, and it was cheap, so I wasn't surprised. It made up beautifully, for a play dress - but it was terrible to work with. The fabric pulled and bunched when working with it. But for my purpose, it turned out OK. Be sure you know what you're doing and have some experience working with satin or this will seriously frustrate you. Overall, the color is lovely and bright, and the dress turned out adorable.

I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the fabric. I needed it to make waterproof pillows for a boat.

The product itself is fine but the orange is not the color shown in the pictures. I wanted a burnt orange and this is a very bright true orange. I also bought burgundy and the dusty rose. The burgundy color is fine. The dusty rose is more mauve but still worked with our colors.
