An Option
Most of us can never get sour oranges. You can try to make a substitute with oranges, lime, grapefruit, etc. But nothing replaces sour oranges for Cochinita Pibil. This product is an OK option to use. Recommended if you can't get sour oranges and don't want to try to make a "fresh" substitute.
