This stuff is spicy. It even smells evil. It's so very finely ground that when you open the bag you end up sniffing the lot and therefore not only does your mouth burn but your nose too. And the next day... well, you-know-what-else is on fire. Addictive stuff!

I originally gave a poor review, however this was a regrettable mistake. the item had not be delivered with was an issue with royal mail, they delivered next door, the company did response within hours however the e-mail went to my junk mail. Sincere apologies

Does what it says on the tin (or bag in this case).

Good size flakes with the sweet, searing heat you would expect from ghost peppers. It comes as two 50g pouches, which is nice because it will stay fresh as you use one bag at a time. Best value I could find on Amazon at the time.

Based on the other reviews, I probably got a bad batch. Still:Although these peppers are rated at ~850,000-1,000,000 Scoville, they didn't taste much hotter than my Habanero flakes (300,000).When cooking with it in a frying-pan, try not to breath in the steam as it can make it harder to breath.They also have a very distinct smoky flavor to them, which is something to keep in mind.So if you're mainly looking for heat, I'd recommend going a step further up.
