FINALLY losing weight
I'm FINALLY losing weight, and this is a piece of the puzzle.OK, so here's the deal: I'm using 1 pill a day, and 1 pump of the cream. This has been one piece of the puzzle to finally tip the scale- literally. If you are a women 40 or older, ( and especially if you are hypothyroid) there are a few important things to know. You really need to dial in your thyroid to lose weight, and that can often include T3, and T2.It can be hard to find a doctor who really knows what they are talking about, but don't give up. You need to contend for muscle mass with the right forms of protein and heavy lifting. There's a few more things you should know, and for that I encourage you to read the book " Trim Healthy Wisdom" by Pearl Barrett and Serene Allison. Most importantly, don't expect to see immediate changes. Give your body time to heal. Give yourself time to learn new things, and try new things.

Finishing my first month, my energy is better.
I do notice it, unless I am extremely sleep deprived because I didn't do well sleeping the night before, I wake up and I'm ready to actually be up all day. I don't feel like I need to go back to bed when I just opened my eyes. That is the only thing I'm willing to speak about definitively until I've been taking this longer, but I do have some important information to impart to others.I'm just about to order my second bottle and I'm a few days away from being finished with my first. I would like to make a suggestion to others regarding how they evaluate this product and how they review it. I think we should be careful about rash judgments. We're all on this journey together and we know how difficult it is. Thyroid disease may be the disease or doctors are the most complacent about having nothing that they can do for you, am I right? There are numerous available tests that they don't want to do, and if you are the type of person, who's not satisfied to waste away and feel terrible, feeling dead for years before you actually are, you've looked beyond this and you can't believe that you're being given this load of crap by people who took an oath, am I right? If Dr. Childs has come up with something that might help, let's give it a serious chance. To that end, don't review it negatively until you've taken it for at least three months, because I have actually observed that hypothyroid patients have certain personality traits that tend to be common between them. One of them is that they've had a lot of emotional stress and a lot of let down and so when they hear people say something negative like this, they will tend to believe it, even if their experience was not that. Also understand that, just like you get hot flashes and night sweats and have problems with sleeplessness when you're going through perimenopause and menopause, that will happen again if you're making a significant shift to your hormones, including your thyroid hormone. Give your body a chance to regulate. Give it at least three months before you stop taking it for this reason. At that point, you can write this thing negatively all you want to and that you should. When I get a three month mark if iPhone I'm not having a positive experience I will come back and change this. That said, there is a particular kind of individual who is an ideal candidate for taking this. Forgive me if I'm telling you something that you already know.I'm creating a second paragraph just to give your eyes a break. That ideal candidate is somebody who has had their T3 levels tested while on nothing for days, no nutritional supplements, no thyroid medication, for at least four days. Note, if you have no thyroid gland, do not go four days without your thyroid medication. You can try going one day without it, but if you feel really awful, take it. You can lay off the nutritional supplements which could affect your thyroid labs, for four days. If you are a person who tests with T4 in range, but T3 low, that means you're a person like me, whose body does not do a good job of converting T4 to T3. Guess what? If you can't convert T4 to T3, you can't convert T3 to T2. It's the same process. Nobody is going to do a test for your T2 levels. That doesn't exist. Your indicator is your TSH//T4/T3 level tests. if TSH and T4 are in range, but T3 is low, you're that person who isn't converting. If you take this, and it truly makes you feel AWFUL, maybe your T3 was fine in the first place. Maybe your T3 isn't low. Maybe you're actually hyperthyroid and have too much of these things already.I unfortunately can't say I've been sleeping better, but I may be the worst sleeper in the world for various reasons, of which my thyroid is one. That said because of the other reasons, I'm disinclined to blame that on the supplement.I take two a day, 8 to 12 hours apart. I'll try to make it a perfect 12, but my schedule does not always allow perfection. You can probably relate to that one too, I'm guessing.

Missing TWO CAPSULES in the bottle.
There were only 58 capsules in the bottle, not the stated 60. I recounted twice to make sure. The plastic strip was around the closed lid, and there was a styrofoam covering over the mouth of the opening to the bottle, but it still makes me wonder whether there was tampering involved. ('Either that or Dr. Childs learned to count using common core math.) I purchased this brand to compare to my one month use of BioCor's Thyro-T2, but if a company can't count correctly, and stiffs its customer by two days' worth of supplement, what else is being neglected?

Did nothing for me.
I have a very difficult time losing weight. I'm 50 lbs overweight. I work out 7 days a week, in my early 50's, eat very healthy and stay under my daily/weekly caloric requirements. Thyroid labs are middle of the road. I was hoping this would give me a small boost but I didn't get anything from it.

Effective thyroid product
This is a highly effective thyroid product. You've probably done the research as to why you would want to buy this product as it is quite unique. It works. It's not cheap but it works.

Weight
I have tried everything to lose weight. It's been 20 years of trying. Everytime I went to a new doctor, the first thing out of their mouths is, "you need to lose weight" I could write a detailed paper on the thyroid and everything that supports it. I've tried ever diet, I've worked out only to not lose a single pound. Then I came across the video that talked about t2 and how it's mostly ignored by doctors and how much it helps with the thyroid and your weight. I gave it a try. This is what I've noticed in the short time I've taken this. My nails have started growing better, my skin isn't so dry and I have lost 7 pounds. This has been a blessing but it's only been a short time I've been taking this. Fingers crossed this keeps working.

Like it alot - the cream not so much
I had a basal temp in am of 95.something occasionally - NEVER over 96.4. I started on a journey adding things as I went along BUT the thing that has helped a lot is the T2 capsule. temp sometimes almost 98. obviously have a way to go but that's a lot better. I thought I'd try the cream instead - temp plummeted. I reordered the T2 capsule and once I've been on it abit again I am going to try using the capsule and a dose of the cream - might work well together. I take the Childs probiotic a couple times a week - find that helps with BMs but don't see it changing my basal temp. Anyway, the T2 capsules work well - again, temp plummeted 2 days after coming off.
