I'm a Breastfeeding mama and I use this to help make sure I get my electrolytes and stay hydrated! They're so yummy too! Just a little salty but they're expected for a product with electrolytes. The taste is just like a frozen bomb pop! Quality of packaging and product are both great.

It does what it says! I first tried the popsicle firecracker. It was great so I thought I’d try another flavor and bought strawberry this time. I like sweet things and strawberry was actually waaaaayyy too sweet for me. I have a hard time finishing it. It does taste like strawberries (with tons of sugar on top!)Still 5 stars because flavor is preference. I won’t buy strawberry again, but it did taste like strawberries and it does cure hydration. I love this product!

Great product and taste. My son is stationed over sea's and loves this stuff. High health benefits for him. Sadly they do not offer this product on base where he is at, so ordering it through Amazon made it quick and easy. Love the flavor and mixes easily in a water bottle....

I’ve been using Liquid I.V. for a few weeks now and it really does help with hydration, especially after workouts or long days in the sun. I notice a difference in my energy and how quickly I bounce back. The flavors are pretty good—some are a bit sweet for my taste, but overall enjoyable. I took off one star because of the sugar content and price—it’s a little on the higher side compared to other options. Still, it’s a solid product that does what it claims!

My daughter’s favorite flavor. Helps her drink more water and stay hydrated. Be careful using daily as can cause constipation from over electrolyte consumption. Use in moderation.

These are delicious. Super strong and I divide one packet throughout the day in multiple water bottles.

Bought these for immediate hydration while breastfeeding. They immediately boost my supply and I don’t have symptoms of dehydration. Tastes exactly like a bomb pop.
