The best!!!
I do at home Barre/pilates workout and these are the PERFECT weights. Light enough but can add a few pounds if I want the workouts to be extra spicy. I looooove them!

Substantial space and money saver for small areas
The good:The single dumbell replaces five others.Relatively quick and easy to switch between weight plates.Square shape doesn't roll around on a hard floor.The 3 to 11 pound variation is great when that is the range you are working with. I am a senior so these work well for me for many exercises. I use five pounds for shoulder raises. I use eleven pounds for curls. I use three pounds for external rotator cuff and nine pounds for internal rotator cuff.These are probably too light for power lifters.No drawbacks, though I am not fond of the pink color.
